We love pizza and have been cooking pizzas for a very long time. Pizza is one of our favorite dishes.
We have been experimenting with different ovens and different pizza recipes for some time.
Our adobe oven that we built cooks delicious pizzas, and some special electrical ovens are great too, but they are not easy to manage and they require a lot of space. So we are sharing our best method and recipe for how to make the perfect pizza at home, using regular kitchen appliances.
And like always Nanny is supervising our work.

Nanny wanted the whole pizza for herself! ;D Pizza is a very good thing to do together with whole family including grandkids. Everyone can design what they will have on it, except ice cream in the oven! ;D
Ok, I have a few questions for you: 1. How can it be that Nanny gets even more beautiful every time she appears on your KZhead videos? 2. Why is Nanny so well-behaved, especially in the kitchen? I have had many pets [mostly cats] since 1961, they were not countertop jumpers, but could not be trusted around food even if they did not want to eat anything, they would still knock things over, paw at them, or destroy stuff in play. I can see the look on Nanny's face when offered a slice of the pizza that she was disappointed that you had not made one for her topped with chicken and cheese, instead of tomato and basil! I did have a cat decades ago for 18 years that would eat anything, except onions [fortunately, he instinctively avoided them when he had access to the other associated ingredients], and when a friend offered him a hamburger, he ate it all including tomato, lettuce, and bun -- then ate a few peanuts when offered. What a character. 3. Admit it, is there anything you CANNOT do?, or at least create an alternative item or method? I admire your creativity, patience and resourcefulness! As always, thank you for your videos, and sharing at least some of your beautiful ranch, scenery, and animal friends.
