“You’re a wet disgrace!” has to be one of my favorite things Kate McKinnon had said on SNL
😅😅😅
So Hard to choose
That was Jane Lynch, silly.
@@RichieWarm did you see the SNL parody of Carol? (I think it was snl I know it won an award) thats a Two Fer lol
It literally radiates Jane lynch's full energy
i know these basically only exist so the cast can show off their celebrity impressions but boy do i appreciate them
I close my eyes and can picture the real actor!
that's why it's so good IMO
@@plane_guy6051 stop it
I agree with Wendy. This sketch format is a great vehicle for impressions. Even if someone has basically five funny seconds of an impression, they can still add it to the mix and use it.
These are hysterical, right???!!! We all need to laugh during these difficult times. 100% agree with you!
Every time Fred Armisen plays Prince, I’m in stitches.
Everything Fred does makes me die laughing
So was Prince really shy?
@@chadgrov I did not know that. He sure wasn’t shy on stage. Or maybe he had awful stage fright and turned to drugs and that’s why he had his life cut too short?
*stares intensely from behind a spotlight
Beyoncé s baby shower Prince skit
Bill Hader's Alan Alda is terrifyingly accurate and is a reference for nobody. It's not even MASH Alda, it's late 80s Crimes and Misdemeaners Alda
Yes! I thought of Crimes and Misdemeanors too.
Yeah.. all the comments are about how incredible his impressions are and there are only two of them and both are pretty obscure
Aviator-era Alda. It's so fucken spot-on.
Big time. "If it bends it's funny but if it breaks it's not funny"
🤣💯
“Script? Y’all makin a movie or sumthin?”😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣
I am literally obsessed with Bill Hader's Harvey Fierstein impression
GUYYYS .... that literally my mantra xD
@@sfc3439 SAME LOL IT'S INCREDIBLE
Yeah that was good
It's impeccable. Damn I wonder whether Fierstein is still acting.
Surprised He Never Did It More Often
"You're a wet disgrace!" She sounded so much like her.
The awkward discomfort of the 12 Years A Slave auditions was painfully hilarious 😂😂😂
“Mhmm”
😂
Best line of the whole skit..."Please dont make me say that."
They should do one where the Africans are selling eachother out 😂. That would be hilariously awkward, politically too.
"You have any North parts?" lol
“No…. don’t wanna say those words. You guys have any North parts?”
He was like Nope, who is that actor 😂❤️
@@kristi9 Brooks Wheelan. I think he’s the one who wrote that sketch.
@@muraddiab6393 apparently only there for one season, which is a damn shame.
"don't make me do this" 😂😂
yo i cried right there..
Really wish we got more Kate McKinnon as Jane Lynch its hilarious
It just only works if she's on stilts so hard to do in live sketches
100% that shit was hilarious
For more Jane Lynch impersonations, look for SNL Hollywood Game Night skits.
Lemme tell ya, Hader's impression of Harvey Fierstein was so spot-on that even though I have never heard that actor's name before, I immediately knew Hader was doing the guy from Mrs. Doubtfire.
I missed when he said it but I thought whoever it's supposed to be, it really sounds like Harvey
He was also in Independence Day. That’s what I have always remembered him from. I TOTALLY forgot he was in Mrs. Doubtfire.
or Independence Day
Bill Hader is a vocal chamelion and a fantastic impressionist.
The Tracy Morgan was gold
Taran Killam nails every impression he does. He's so good. And in Part 2 as well!
Taran deserves so much praise. He killed it in every single sketch he was in.
The Gilbert Gottfried as Biff impression. *chef's kiss*
I agree he is underrated and does unusual impressions as well.
thought the same thing, hadn't realized how good his impressions were.
Too bad about the drug abuse
"I got a need for Speed, like you have no idea." Al Pacino as Maverick.
Yeah. Like we all heard in the video we just watched.
Bill Hader is incredible, he's better at being the people he imitates than they are. 😂 Everyone was good but he's just on another level! 👏
totally agreed!!
Nobody comes close. Not even Dana Carvey, imo.
Everyone else is just doing impressions while he becomes someone else.
True. I just love his Alan Alda in this. By the way if you love Bill's impressions you should watch his full Conan interview. Conan had him do all these different impressions and Bill did not dissapoint
@@hannahmcdonald2297 i9
..."a script, you guys are shooting a movie or something? Keep your eyes on that camera by the way"... This gets me in stitches all the time 🤣🤣🤣
The 12 years a slave one gave me second hand embarrassment. So good.
That just means you're not a monster.
@@AdamGrier i've been there. I was in a play a few years ago and last minute they wanted me to play a bigoted character, a small role for a scene, and I couldn't say the f-word(to two men i knew were gay irl) without tears welling up in my eyes. I couldn't separate reality from fiction. And eventually they took me off that role. I don't understand how actors can play roles like that without feeling a piece of them dying.
@@FlameOnTheBeat Taran was scarily deceptive in that role…… evil with a smile…
@@David35687 You may wanna watch the sequel, "12 days not a slave".
"Can you do that with a Southern drawl?"....
Bill Hader really was gods gift to SNL during his time on the show
They should do this for the 50th Anniversary special with cast and alum playing each other auditioning for the show throughout it's 50 years.
Someone else being Stefan would be a scream.
@@kellysamons1065 edward nortan actually did an impression of stefon on the 40th anniversary weekend update
Honestly i bet they will, i hope to come back to this comment and be proven right!
That would be AMAZING! Omg.
SNL is currently in its 49th season, and, as far as I know, there hasn't been an announcement that the show will end. I can definitely see the idea of "Rejected SNL cast member auditions" being a sketch on either the 50th anniversary special or the show's 1000th episode (it's currently on its 957th episode. Only 43 more to go).
Bobby Moynihan's face and voice are MADE for comedy.

The Bobcat Goldthwait impersonation was incredibly spot on holy crap
Which cast member was that?
@@mntnbiker818 Taran Killam
Made me laugh the hardest out of all of them.
Andy Samburg as Crispin Glover was spot on🤣
His nick cage was wretched
Jay Pharoah killed it as Tracy Morgan “Wait a minute, you a woman!?” 😂
It is amazing how all Kenan's impressions are always spot on and hilarious, even the "serious" Steve McQueen. But my favorite always will be his Steve Harvey, "playeah"
I’m a pretty big fan of Steve De’WHAT 😂
Kenan has single-handidly carried the show for a decade
"What in the *HELL* is a gigawatt?!" Nicolas Cage.
*T E L L M E E E E E E E*
@@gracedoubleu TELL ME YOU BASTARD!!
Horrible impression
Simon Helberg does a better if not spot on Nicolas Cage impersonation
Haders Alan Alda is probably the best impression of anyone I’ve seen. Just excellent.
The Kristen Stewart one is funnier when you know that Fifty Shades is based on a Twilight fanfiction 😂
"You're a Wet Disgrace" - Jane Lynch
"WOULD YOU LIKE A- A WHAFFLE?!" _little shrug_
7:27 lmao that Steve Harvey impression
These sketches are always fun to watch. I especially love how they showcase all the different impressions the cast members can do....
What else is there to love about it? ;)
Saturday Night Live is a sketch comedy show. If the performers can't perform impressions, they get cut. Why do people get fired from SNL? They can't perform current impressions or write new material.
@@jkap34 I was just saying that these sketches are where the impressions are REALLY showcased....
That's why they do these particular sketches.
@@jkap34 I honestly never really thought about that but it makes sense.
I love when Kenan plays Sinbad and pulls out the mic
Haha I absolutely love his baggy pants
Taran's impressions are SO good, holy crap
Feel bad for the dude whose agent sent him in to read for "Friendly Guy in Field" and got "Hostile Slave Owner".
🤣🤣🤣
And he begins so happy, I know it is fiction but I was " Oh, no, poor guy"
Bill is just so good in his impressions, its mind-blowing. they're never bad! he literally captures the voice inflexions, mannerisms, modulations perfectly - it's like he literally becomes the person. i love it!
Dana Carvey also does impressions that well. Both are so fun to watch
The secret is that he IS all those people… they’ve all been Bill Hader in disguise, this whole time. 🤯
As usual, Bill Hader and Fred Armisen are everything.
Kate McKinnon as Tilda Swinton just made my ovaries explode. A more perfect being could not exist.
I would love to meet ur ovaries🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😍🥰
I don't know why Taram Killam isn't a huge star. Can't even understand why he got fired from SNL before his time to go. He is one of a kind. His Bobcat, Waltz, and Michael Cera impressions (among others) are perfect.
The bobcat impression is the reason I come back to watch this. Impeccable!
And I keep telling you: 5 to 6 years before being unceremoniously let go from SNL is still worlds better than half a season of MADtv with only a music video parody as your most memorable moment.
Miley cyrus's Scarlett Johansson impersonation is spot on
I was astonished by that. She was great.
Lmao what have you ever seen the real Scarlett
@@Christopher-md7tf No we've never seen the most popular actress currently working.
Miley Cyrus is gorgeous.
not rly
Nasim as aziz😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 oh man she is so cool
Everyone talking about Hader and I'm still laughing at that Tracey Morgan/Tilda Swinton bit
The twelve years of slaves one had me rolling the way Jay Pharoah Looking at Jim Parsons killed me 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Can you do a Southern accent? Sure! Who can’t do a southern accent? “How y’all doing today? Would you like a, a Hwaffel??” I’m dead 😂❤
Better keep an eye on that camera. 😅
Haven’t laughed out loud in forever it seems. 😂 😂 12 years a slave sketch was freakin gold.
I love John Cryer and Jane Lynch, they look like the real life version of Fix-it-Felix and Calhoun.
"wow, you didnt even need the script" "script?" NOOO 😂😭😭😭😭
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Taran's Gilbert Gottfired impression was so perfect, had me in stitches!
Bill's Alda impression of him just being a nice guy Is hilarious and heartwarming
I know who Alan Alda is, but never knew his name, just mostly the voice-Bill Hader is so good, I IMMEDIATELY knew who he was supposed to be without any context.
Hader sounded JUST LIKE Alan Alda and I've seen every episode of MASH. Incredible!!
Bill Hader is amazing no matter what he does, it’s literally incredible. For someone who didn’t even want to pursue acting, he is unbelievably talented. He’s my hero!!
Alan Alda.. man that was on another level. Amazing.
Was? Did he die?
@@foxja1 that imitation was on another level whoosh
@@peter-radiantpipes2800 oh lmao

Amazing
That Jane Lynch impression was awesome. And of course Alan Alda was spot on.
That Alan Alda always get me.
Christof waltz is spot on. I love it
Hader's Alda is uncannily spot on. No one could ever pry me away from MASH as a kid. And I love the man's work after MASH too. Hader is such a talent and he and Alan are both legends, in my mind anyway.
Loved ALL the Marty McFly’s and Alec Baldwin’s Al Pacino was spot on but Bill Hader was the true star. Can’t wait to see more❤️
I was impressed by Alec’s Al Pacino! Bill Hader is of course amazing, but I didn’t know Alec Baldwin had any other impressions beside Trump.
@@allisonheath1156 he actually does several, his Robert DiNero and Tony Bennett are excellent. Look on KZhead and you will see plenty.

Alec Baldwin's impression of anyone is always Alec Baldwin imitating Alec Baldwin imitating someone else lol
He can can do Tracy Morgan on 30 Rock, but that's about it.
His Al Pacino and Former President 45 were pretty good

Taran Killam is so talented! I miss him on SNL
The “No” after “Joan Cusack” was PERFECT
I thought the same thing! I had to back it up just to hear it again.
12 years a slave was the best! The look on Pharaoh's face. Ahahahahahaha! Him and Parsons are killing it!
Bill Hader's impression of Alan Alda always puts a smile on my face it's so accurate!!!
8:06 That’s an underrated and perfectly understated Mary Louise Parker.
Amazing impressions! I didn’t remember that Alan Alda had been a guest so many times.
Alec Baldwin as Pacino in the "Top Gun" audition is the funniest by far. "you've got ... No idea ... Where I'm at ... With regards to speed".
Just love the idea that these celebrities auditioning just REFUSE to break from their established characters, no matter what the role, no matter what the moment.
I love Kate McKinnon. 💯 She can play anyone or anything and I’d still laugh!! 😂😂
Yeah not enough Kate in these
I'd say she's the most over rated, but that's just me.
@@mntnbiker818 your insecurities are showing. If you don't like her that's fine but her talent and skill is undeniable. So saying she's overrated is showing how self involved you are.

When he said “me and David Bowie..” I blurted out laughing. Rarely happens. Holy cow. 😂😂😂
Baldwin's Al Pacino kills.
Jay Pharoh’s Tracy Morgan is so spot on! Me and David Bowie…!!!
I love how Colin Jost shows up as the clapper guy
Bill Hader does an amazing Alan Alda impression. One of the best impressions I've seen on SNL.
That shady look Prince gave before he ducked out 😂😂
Omg the Gilbert was PERFECT cadence. I laughed my ass off “WHAT. ARE YOU LOOKING AT. BUTT HEAD.” 😂😂😂😂
Bill Hader as Alan Alda gets me every time 🤣
Dammit, Bill Hader is unrivaled, every different role he's given and the voice impressions he nails truly make me think he's totally different people in each role.
"Imma need about half an hour on these buttons playa" killed me idk why. I'm ugly laughing
