  • Listening to Christian radio helps me stay aware of when I start to worry. It's easy to get caught up in "what if's" and that's what the devil wants us to do, instead of counting our blessings in life from Jesus. He's helped me get through so much. Lord willing, I go back to my part-time job April 24th without a lot of pain after getting the shot in my back. I will keeping being a good steward of what he has given me every day that he lets me live. Have good night Gina.

  • Glad you took the van out! I take my shuttle for runs on the Blue Ridge Parkway to make sure that new things added to the build are riding properly and, like you, I experience anxiety for the first little bit. But it does ease. My particular bugaboo is circular thinking, a result of some trauma I went through 9 years ago. It's MUCH better now but still rears its ugly head occasionally. What's helped is identifying triggers and learning to deal with them. And a little buzz from time to time never hurts too! 😊
