Performing on M Countdown is a big opportunity for them, so showcasing their dancing (their main strength) would be better.

My favorite Left Right performance so far (probably a little biased because this is my favorite fits from the MV). The way they had those bucket hats so low in their faces but still be perfect in their blocking. 👌 Chisa smiling at the end knowing XG nailed the whole perf. I love my aces. They're so gooood.

This is the performance that made me an XG fan!
What I love about XG is that they don’t prioritize making a single member shine, but it’s always how the group look as a group. I feel like the reason why most 4th gen groups have these “co-worker” images is because rather than shining as a group, every member seems to be focused on outshining each other. In some cases (groups with ex-survival show members) it’s a good advertisement, but most of the time (e.g MissA, groups that Hyuna debuted to) it’s one of the factors why the group doesn’t last long. I hope we get to see more of this type of group. One 4th gen group in mind who’s really doing a great job not making it a “-and friends” group is NewJeans. Probably the reason why both groups are on my top 4th gen groups biases.

As someone who looks for new performances of XG, I love that they are keeping it fresh and doing something a little different each time. With hats on, my focus is on the dance, the fits, the song, the confidence, and the overall performance. Gave me Jabbawockeez vibes but in their own way. In an industry that is driven by visuals, this is a brilliant chess move. Whoever is managing this group is checking off all the boxes we didn’t know we wanted. Thank you x100000!!!

This is the first time I watched their live performance in korea's live tv.. I liked it cause they're so swag & the performance is amazing. I love XG because they are like a dance crew who also happens to be good at rapping and singing. They are so talented, they can perform with bucket hats on, not showing us their eyes. Perfect performance is enough, visual is just a bonus.
The uniform outfits really serves to emphasise just how great they are as a team dancing. Their synchronisation and musicality as a group is absolutely top tier. There is no weak hole, everyone nails it. A massive testament to their hard work and fine eye for detail.
