  • This is amazing bro, good job, I do have a concern/queatuon though I was always taught to wait till the black burn off the Bricketts before adding meat, is that not the case on how you smoke????

    @renevillalva6150@renevillalva6150 Жыл бұрын
    • When you see me add meat to my Bronco, I've already adjusted the side air intake to get the desired temp of my Bronco, which is usually at 250f. Within minutes the charcoal will settle down because of the adjustment I made and will no longer need to burn hot and the black smoke will stop and it will start to burn clean. So I am always adding my food when the Bronco has gotten to the temp that I want it at.

  • I am over a year late watching this one,...very impressed. I want to share with you that when ever I have closed the exhaust stack at all it kind of gave off a dirty smoke flavor,..is that why you ride it fully open?

    @PaulieDetmurds@PaulieDetmurds10 ай бұрын
    • I always have the top smoke stack open. It helps to keep a clean burn. It allows the right amount of air to travel out. The side exhaust stack is what should always be used first to control your temp. If Temps are hard to control, then use the top smoke stack to better control your Bronco.

    • @PaulieDetmurds you're welcome! Keep messing with the side exhaust stack and you will get a better understanding on how to keep the Temps low and consistent.

  • Question.. when you use the bronco to grill do you put the charcoal pan directly on the diffuser? I don’t know if I’d ever do a 20 hour cook but I’m goin to scoop up some B&B..

    @wisconsinlife3971@wisconsinlife3971 Жыл бұрын
    • Yes. Sometimes I flip the diffuser to raise the charcoal basket closer or keep it the way it is and place the ash pan on top of it and then place charcoal basket on tip of ash pan, so it catches the ashes and not allowing ashes to fall every where in the Bronco. A brisket will get you up to 20 hrs lol. Just make sure the brisket will fit if you lay it on a charcoal grate or hang it.
