    • Literally never seen anyone of his size come close to what he can get his body to do. The only people I can think of (even outside of his size) pull this sort of thing off are actors doing extreme weightloss/gain for roles. When Thor wrecked his foot at WSM and I saw him in a video a few months later, I never thought he would be back as he lost so much size.......then he came back bigger and better than ever. He is a freak of nature. (in an awesome way)

      @Thulgore@Thulgore3 ай бұрын
    • once you gain size and lose it, it is easier to get back than for someone to do it for first time. taking a few years off is good for the body. it is much better than what Brian Shaw did by continuing for over 10 years. If Brian took a year or 2 off he could have come back and won his 5th title.

  • There are elite of the elite, strongest human beings on this planet who dream of Deadlifting this weight, even after training for years and decades. This is Four Hundred and Forty kilograms or Nine Hundred and Seventy pounds: 440 (970). Then you have Hafthor Julius Bjornsson, who ripped his pec completely from the bone 9 months ago, doing this gargantuan weight like "Nothing", and if you think that's impressive, try to grasp what I'm about to say next: This incredible lift doesn't even make the Top 20 of Hafthor's best Deadlifts! Even if Hafthor does 453.5 (1000), it will still be his 14th heaviest Deadlift behind: 501 (1,105), 480 (1,058), 474.5 (1,046), 473 (1,043), 472 (1,041), 470 (1,036), 2*455 (2*1,003), 465.5 (1,026), 465 (1,025), 460 (1,014), 458 (1,011) and 455 (1,003). Some people just don't realize how incomprehensibly astounding this man is when it comes to Deadlifting! *Koma Svo* 👑 *Hafthor Julius Bjornsson! What a comeback from the last video!* #TheGOAT
