This is the calmest i have ever heard someone discuss one of the most prolific serial killers in history
Ma, can I have Puppet History? Ma: We have Puppet History at home. Puppet History at Home:
I learned this from Fate Zero
Lmao. I was gonna say the same thing
Me too
bahah same
saw the notif on my phone with the thumbnail on it and clicked jus to confirm im not the only one thinking ab this 😭
Same here, I love fate
This segment reminds of Shane’s history show. Same concept just different host. Very original 👌🏾
Buzzfeed dont hit the same without Shane and Ryan
@@stickytnt1003 very true
As amusing as this was, I'd appreciate something a little more distinct from Shane Madej's work. Maybe let these obviously talented performers incorporate more of their own ideas into future shows? There are a lot of ways to present history, even in a quiz-show format, that aren't this similar to a beloved original. Also, a little more effort on the research would be a good idea. A lot of historians are skeptical of the narrative on Gilles de Rais presented here (Gilles' "confession" resembles a number of other obviously coerced impossible confessions of the period), and simply repeating the Church's line makes this presentation duller than it could have been. I think the episode could have been improved by, say, asking contestants to take sides on the historical debate. Not a bad start. Hope it improves.
"I was almost kidnapped 3 times" .....we're not gonna talk about that?
Umm… Doesn’t Shane & Ryan do a show like this on their channel?
Thank goodness I came across your comment. I couldn't help but to think the same thing
Yes they do. Puppet history
Yes! Puppet History! It is done now, but 4 seasons of AWESOME!
Like the Professor isn't coming back? Probably? I really think there's going to be more seasons and they're keeping us in suspension 😜
I was interested until I saw it was basically Watcher's puppet history without a puppet.
Yeah, a little scummy. I'd rather they just tell us the stories
Or a knock off of Ruining History (both Madej specials)
weird that the algorithm deletes most of comments with the words Shane and Ryan
I'm on board with most things on BuzzFeed Unsolved, but I'm not completely convinced by this series.
The Fate franchise actually went with a combination of both theories. Gil WAS a serial killer and did so to spite the heavens. But authorities only went after him went they wanted his money. Gil is supremely angry at this because part of him wanted to be punished by god.
Ah yes. The "Punish me , Sky Daddy!"
He obviously wasn't such a great guard if Joan of Arc ended up getting executed. I think probably a lot of child killers are altogether the type who like helpless victims, whether they arrive helpless or they render them helpless through con artistry.
I can understand Gil's consternation at being punished by knaves like himself instead of God directly. I had always known that the Roman Empire raped hordes of women everywhere they conquered, but when I found out that their Queens were all whores, I was TOTALLY tired.
Fate fans lets gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!
Is this meant to be a lower-quality copy of Puppet History?
Great show - nicely packed with accurate info and nutty humor. Love it.
Slightly reminds me of puppet history
This reminds me of puppet history on the watcher
I like the idea of this, bit is like a budget version of puppit history. I think it would be more fun if it was more like a normal tv compitision show. 🤷🏽♀️
Have you ever seen ruining history by Ryan and Shane when they still worked for buzzfeed? It's not that well known and I only discovered it's existence after a year or so 😜 That one's still a little more fun though 🌚
In fact I used to live near the guy’s castle in Tiffauges. We call it Bluebeard’s castle
I miss Ryan and Shane
Yes, I love watching it to learn, but yes, be yourselves! You can tell horrible stories and NOT have to be Ryan and Shane. Confidence, voice, and writing!
I like the clever use of the humour to deliver, the very serious and sad, story. Very well done. l am looking forward to watch the next one. Thanks.
I love these guys, they know how to make horror and comedy so, so good. I love you guys.
Fate zero man taught me all I needed to know then I googled the rest but nice vid guys seriously.
So did everyone who understands audio leave buzzfeed?
This is literally puppet history minus the puppet
This feels like they’re trying to recreate puppet history so hard…. Cringey…
He not only killed children. He also had the book of Eibon and could summon Cthulhu himself.
Que?
Lol those were literally invented by Lovecraft centuries later
@@jcwight9976 it’s a Fate reference where Giles is a character
It’s literally puppet history but without the puppets. RIP Proffesor💜
I love this already 🤣🤣🙌🏽🙌🏽
We still pretending like this was real and not the governance story so they could liquidate his wealth.
Ooh, either Mary I, or my gal Saint Olga Or honestly a ton of other queens tbh- Isabella of France or Izzy I of Spain, Queen Ranavalona of Madagascar, Empress Wu, Queen Elizabeth I, or a number of warrior queens from all over the world And I doubt it'd be Lady Bathory bc like, she wasn't a queen, but she sure was bloodthirsty lol
Yes, this is an excellent reply. I wondered if it was a reference to Mary, Queen of Scots but there are A LOT of Queens throughout history that are definitely bloodthirsty
My happy place is also The Killers concert
yay! i feel smort when i get then answers right 😄
This was hilarious!
this seems oddly familiar... I wonder why 😐
Why does our host VECNA guy sounds like Daggula San Vincente Jr. also similar expressions😂brothers!!! maybe!!!🤣
It's nice but I prefer the format where they just tell you the story
Wild & Wacky I LOVE IT ❤
Immediately I knew this was going to be about Giles de Rais.
Bring back Daggula and Stacy!
Make a video on the Gilgo Beach murders on Long Island, New York!!!!
Forgot to mention that in 1992, a French court found him innocent
Blood thirsty queen??? A reference to Mary, Queen of Scots perhaps?
Mary Queen of Scots? Did you mean Bloody Mary? Because that's Mary Tudor, Elizabeth's half sister not Mary Stuart. 😉
Probably Elizabeth Bathory
I love this satire. It’s funny.
Humour and mass murder, surely they can't merge!
I would want to ask a more important question?
So puppet history without the puppet show
Elizabeth of Bathory for the next episode
I love this
Why are all the new buzzfeed people like 35 years old why not hire some younger people lol. This is also like exactly a rip off of puppet history just less fun and visually stunning
35 is old?😅🤣
@@finalgirl640 yea especially in the internet world. 35 is literally almost 2x my age
Bloody Mary is most likely the next episode topic
Elizabeth Bathory is bloodier :)
I didn’t know that. Interesting.
They still try to put out stuff without shane and ryan? Why?
So this is a less creative Puppet History?
I really just don't like this dude talking about these poor children like this. this is not a joke, it's not something funny. why is he trying to make it so lighthearted? it's kinda offensive.
“Not the kids! 😣” 💀💀💀
Blood thirsty queen? I think it is probably Queen Ranavalona I, though I originally thought Elizabeth Bathory until I looked her up and saw she wasn’t ever a queen.
I suggest you ask “Sassy”, he will know more than you think. If you can contact him that is.
wait i just realised he's the Hollywood guy..
Vecna? *has Stranger things flashbacks*
You're not The Professor....
so this is what vecna did after season 4 of stranger things
I have an ex that could probably be charged with "invocation of demons" too.
Blood thirsty queens? Bloody Mary? Elizabeth Bathory? Idk
Fate teached me for this!
I would watch this type of buzzfeed instead of the creepy mystery themed ones.
Is it Elizabeth Bathory ? The fun queen .
Buzz feed unsolved never gets old😄🔥♥️
Wait wait wait… HIS NAME IS VECNA?!
This is better than who wants to be a millionaire
Scary.
Wonder where they got the idea to do a game show….. edm party for the death penalty seems very on brand for buzzfeed
Walmart Puppet History We want Puppet History
blood thirsty queen? Countess Elizabeth Báthory de Ecsed
I'm a Stranger Things fan and the name Vecna is just scary but cool
not sure
Is Carolina related to Helena Bonham Carter ?
There are some people that say he was innocent, pointing to such thing as the extravagent parties and plays he financed for the peasants, showing he was popular, and the lack of physical evidence presented at the trial, the most the accusers could come up with was a bloody rag, none of the dozens of corpses supposedly found in his castle, and how other nobles, the church and even his own family, yearned for his land, wealth and popularity. And i have to point out how the church accused everyone they didn't like, jews, muslims, romani, of practising satanism.
Bloody Mary?
Elizabeth Báthory?
Elizabeth Báthory
Is his real name Vecna.
Nope.
So King Von got reincarnated and now works at BuzzFeed?
It’s (blood thirsty queen)
What has this channel turned into..? OOF
This is terrible, when did buzzfeed get so lame...
This was strangely unfunny to me. Host was kind of wooden and forced, and none of the contestants seemed like they wanted to be there.
agreed
I half clicked just to see how you’d pronounce her name.
Way to rip off Puppet History
Can't wait for the blood thirsty queen
This is like a terrible puppet history…just pay Shane and Ryan
Ngl that’s what I thought… no one other than the professor can do this game show style episode 😂
So this is a less fun version of puppet history?
Answer yes. And I do wonder if God was displeased with this guy to the point that He punished Joan for having him in her entourage?
I can't help but feel like this show is just a rip-off of Watcher's Puppet History. Not cool, bro
It’s hard to watch what this channel has turned into
Blood thirsty queen??
Is it me, or are the contestants seem unamused-?
And again the use of fake account to say how great this show is..
Blood thirsty queen???
yeah this is really bad, a really poor man's puppet history just the host has none of the humor, charisma, or great energy with the guests. and the terrible audio doesn't help either. I mean really guys you can barely hear them at times. but yeah terrible stop ripping off watcher stuff guys.
THE GREATEST COOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLLLL~UUUUUUUUUU
