The universe is really nondual, but through us we calculate and measure the world around us verbally by dividing it into seperate parts. This means that the lighting of the candle implies the shadow. They are one. But we seperate the two apart as if they are completely different "things". Very interesting. Like the poles of a magnet. North and South. They are one complete whole that cannot be without the other, therefore they are nondual in reality but dual through illusion.

@@Bhubnipz dude that hits so real, when I wake up for no reasons (usually cuz my videos are not on auto play) and just look up and hear it, at least I’m learning to manage it it took a while, but small things help like these videos at night enough to distract you from the noise but not enough to keep u up, good luck you too at least we aren’t alone
I too have Tinnitus and it makes it incredibly hard for me to fall asleep a well. I've tried White Noise and pretty much everything else but none of it ever seems to help. I've recently found that listening to videos like these actually help me get to sleep. Idk what it is but it works.
I've suffered from tinnitus for 17 years, since I was around 8. I don't really know the world without it. Silence is a myth to me, so I feel you. These videos are great, white noise also helps in my case

I'm sick with a cold and had already slept a good 6 hours yesterday, so falling asleep for the night was rather hard. Just randomly saw the title while scrolling through my recommended feed and I wasn't disappointed. Out cold in less than 30 minutes and slept through 'til the morning.
