After trying it out for several days/weeks I came to realize it is actually perfect for WHY I bought it.This is not a workout, the resistance is, eh, it makes a bit of noise, not loud, and it isn’t very stable even with the mat. The mat certainly keeps the bike from sliding but nothing keeps the mat from sliding (if that makes any sense, lol). Mine is place on my hard wood floor. Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.

Hello Sir, You are truly an inspiration for me. I have a question for you that is deadlift an absolute MUST Exercise in your exercise regime? I lift pretty heavy usually on arms, shoulders and back and during one of the deadlift session I ended up hurting my lower back very badly. The pain was so bad that I couldnt even walk. After that I am scared of doing deadlifts. So my question is in order to have a physique like yours is it absolutely necessary to do deadlift? Can one avoid doing it?

You give me a solution.i started doing gym after watching your videos.today is a full month.Continue 4 km by running 30 minutes on the treadmill.then I can't say the name, I exercise on top of different machines.But I am much fresher than before.My idea is not to lose weight.What can I do in this situation?I exercise for an hour and a half every day. And I have special control over food.

Sir please make a video on Shoulder pain I have a shoulder pain for the last 2 years. I do stretching rotator cuff exercises etc but not improving. Whenever I do bench press or any chest exercises Shoulder impingement started and i cant do chest workout more than 20 kg weight. I cant get pump and my chest size decreases 3 to 4 inches i want my hardcore chest workout back what can I do now. Make a video on Shoulder pain impingement thanks.
