  • This beautiful manor was built in 2006 for the late Dr Hector Collison (a prominet Maryland cardiologist with about 9 practices in the area). Who died in a plane crash with his son in 2008 (just a mere two years after it was built). Dr Collison had many practices around the state of Maryland. His widow Connie Collison could not keep up with the lavish life her husband left her as Dr Collison had defaulted in his life insurance. Dr Collison was also a ‘pilot’ as a hobby. This manor was sadly 17 years in the planning and only for Dr Collison & his wife & kids to enjoy for two years before he died in the plane crash. The owners after that were rumoured to be a college basketball player & his wife supposedly from Nigeria. The man apparently died overseas a suspicious death & hence why the house was abandoned in the late 2010s. As of RECENT I read it was being auctioned off! Not even near the $10 million price tag it was sold to by Dr Collison’s widow (who they built for $5 million). I did heaps of research and many news articles on it even on social media! Rest in peace Dr Collison such a tragedy 😢

Jesus Christ Died for the sin of the World, If you believe in ur heart God risen Jesus from the dead and confess him with ur mouth to people you shall be saved. Jesus said I Am The only way to heaven there is no other way! Repent of urs sins (Repent means Change ur Mind turning away from sinful things and being truly sorry for it.) trust Jesus and give ur life to him He Loves you cares about you more than anyone ever will! we are saved By Grace Trough Faith!,this is sin: Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death but the gift of eternal life in our Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 3:23 For all have sined and felt short of the Glory of God. For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Romans 1:18‭-‬21‭, ‬23 KJV Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 6:9‭-‬10 REPENT OR YOU WILL PERISH REPENT AND BELIEVE THE GOSPEL GET RIGHT WITH GOD LORD JESUS CHRIST.

  • As I observe these videos, it becomes apparent that belongings are often abandoned hastily in the wake of overwhelming grief. For those who have experienced loss, the holidays are the worst. I find solace in these recordings, yet it's ironic how the very things left behind, so precious to their owners, ultimately hold no value to them in the end.

    • I find it very hard to tear up right now for people who instead of selling this shit and giving the money to starving, sometimes dying children... just left it there to rot. That's not heartwarming, it's revolting. You've got a $5,300 clock that could feed someone for an entire year, and you've left it there. I doubt out of grief, just because they can always buy another one.

The family was deported and that is why everything is left behind..... I also wonder why there is not a security system in place for a home this valuable. The youngest daughter is now a Doctor of Pshchology, graduated from Johns Hopkins and UCLA. Not sure what happened to the other children.

  • There’s a KZhead video of a 2008 news story on how the house was unfinished and how the widow was left practically broke when the plane crash that killed the doctor and so. happened. There’s video inside the mostly empty house at the time. Whoever lived there afterwards left all the expensive stuff behind. None of that belonged to a grieving widow. I’m not sure if the Nigerian story is true or not, but it’s a plausible explanation.

  • Weird story, stranger than fiction?....Leave this comment up Urbex, I'm not disclosing anything.....So the widow of the deceased doctor sold the mansion in 2009, and was purchased by a Nigerian who was accused by the Nigerian government of terrorism, so extradited back to Nigeria away from the mansion in America, hence why all the stuff was still there, he couldn't get back into the USA....and then died in a car accident in 2015 in Nigeria. The mansion was then foreclosed and as of 2022 the bank is still paying the yearly taxes of about ~50,000 a year 🤗

Our family owns several properties all over the US and even in H.K., but we don't v have the wherewithal to deal with the upkeep of all of them. The majority are rented, but a couple could be called "abandoned" since no one has lived in nor stepped foot in them for 10 years. One of our places doesn't even have the water turned on. HOWEVER, we still pay own and pay the property taxes on them. We have had our own share of trespassers breaking in and vandalizing these properties so I don't look highly on this type of stuff.

The Doctor was an honest man in the DMV area. He had 4 kids 2 which were his sons who were in there mid 20s at the time of the crash and a youngest daughter who was around 12. The youngest is a doctor while the two older sons are doing well too the oldest actually works in sports media. There story is cool I guess for click bait but the belongings in there are from families after that. Also the mom went the depression caused by the tragedy...they were able to move inside there previous home which is also a pretty huge place too after she sold this beauty.

  • For those who have made comments about things for the taking or "free stuff" : Athough , it is abandoned. It does belong to someone. Someone owns the deed to the house/ land . Whoever owns the deed owns the contents. It would be illegal to take ( steal) any of it's contents. Just because a property is in poor condition such as a shack in the woods ...it always belongs to someone whether it be an individual or an entity ( i.e. bank ) . Furthermore , you know that it does not belong to you .

  • I have seen this house by a couple other explorers and they didn't even show the beautiful office at al and they didn't even show the vanity or anything. It's crazy how much stuff they left behind with the tags still on them. Like why can't someone go in there and remove the furniture and the cloting and shoes and donate it instead of letting it set there and rot and go to waste. Makes no sense at all. Its like the people just up and left everything as is. I have to say your video is the best I have seen yet of this house. I just love this house sooo much. Its absoutely breathtaking.

  • I wish you would give the full story of what you are doing. Places like this still have security and isn't just simply abandoned. This place is probably owned by a creditor or a debtor and you got permission to do this tour. That is the reason why these places have not been ransacked of its valuables.
