  • I lost 5 kgs in two week, here are thr things i hve followed and still following - i drank atleast 3 litres of water daily - i focused on lean proteins and fiber - i didn't took any fancy recipes just ate whatever mom cooked but i included flaxseed in chapati and started eating lots of veggies - i cutted the half of thr portion from my daily intake. - and sometimes i drink beetroot Nd pomegranate peel powder in lukewarm water. As a girl with pcod this helped me alot, though anyone can do this, if it helps❤

  • Morning drink - 1 glass lukewarm water Breakfast - cucumber or any other salad of fruit. Lunch - 1 multigrain bhakri + sabji + lassi. Evening snack - Roasted chana + green tea. Dinner - Boil dal.....or moong dal orkhichdi....or daliya.....or sprout chat.

  • Maine bhi 11 kg weight loose Kiya hai pichle September to December tak ayse hi tariko se , morning me warm water and exercise and breakfast kabhi fruits,chila,oats raat ko khichdi daliya 7 pm baje tak fir 30 to 60 minutes walking.ab sab chhod diya to weight gain ho gaya hai.

  • Hello di .mera weight baby hone ke vad 89 kg ho geya.meane 83 tak weight loose Kiya tha but abhi fir 87 kg ho geya hai.apko sun ker me vi doubara se apni diet per dhyan dungi and after 15 days vad apko bataungi ki meane kitna follow krke weight loose Kiya hai.apne sahi kha hai ki apne mind ko majboor krege tabhi weight loose ker payenge.😊kal 12th May hai and kal morning se meri weight loose journey start ho jayegi.All the best for me and all😊
