From the way he’s speaking in this video compared to the interview with Ariel, he seems a lot more articulate and organized with his way of speaking here. In the Ariel interview he was all over the place, so I’d say it’s good to see how he looks more mentally stable here for sure. I don’t know the guy personally tho so can only wish the best for him

    • Hey man you can do it . I have bipolar disorder and spinal deformities . I’m twisted and use canes to walk . Use whatever you love as motivation and get started . I find it helps to start small . Shower , brush teeth , clean up then keep moving. Good luck and take care yourself
