@@AAAHH As far as prestige and accolades go, its not debatable. If you are looking at singles recognition in a vaccuum then I'll bring up the US Championship. Honestly, its tiring the amount of "un(der)appreciated" wrestlers just because they never won the big one.

Agreed, Noone thought anyone would debut after the first PPV and having him against Jericho is exactly what AEW needed, Not alot of people remember but they were each others last Feud in WWE too, the last year or so in WWE Dean/Moxley didn't do anything but Shield stuff and help Roman and Seth with their feuds and Jericho just disappeared, he was there on Raw and then poof, just gone.

One of the greatest tragedies of AEW's history (aside from the obvious REAL tragedies like the death of Brodie Lee, obviously) was the fact that they weren't able to debut Sting in front of a full arena. Could you imagine the sound if he'd made his return both from retirement for the first time in 6 years and to TNT for the first time in almost _20_ years in front of a packed house? It would have blown the roof off. The 1000 or so people they managed to get in there at the time did their best, but it really was one of the most shocking moments in AEW's history. Also, honestly I would have dropped Buddy Matthews from the list while keeping Keith Lee on (all respect to Buddy, he's great, but we kind of all knew he was coming) in favour of fitting William Regal in here somewhere. I know he's not an active wrestler, but his debut at Revolution was AMAZING.

I respect and the love hell out of sting. Let's be real , who doesn't? It's STING . IT'S THE STINGER. Dude's a legend in this business. My point is his appearances should be made more special and few and not on every week's free television. I get it stinger's there every week to help put Darby over and he's been very successful. But I really think he should make only ppv appearances . His age doesn't favor him for weekly tv either.

Mox will always be the #1 for me. Time in the business where no one knew wtf was going on, and with the odd way WWE handled his release, his debut was a true surprise and they didnt need to do it in his home town to get a crazy reaction

Punk’s debute was huge, but in fairness it was in Chicago 😅 Sting had me sitting there in awe. Jeff took me back to my childhood. Danielson and Cole in the same night had me near enough convulsing on the floor. I can’t help but think Edge would be top 3 for sure

Unpopular opinion: Jeff Hardy is not the greatest debut in AEW. The guy got fired from WWE because he voluntarily left one event. And then he did not show up once again. WWE tried to get help for him, but he turned that down on his own terms. I feel like AEW should have handled this hiring properly, first get the guy some help. And then offer him the position. I’m sure Jeff has his own demons, but he reaaaaally needs the help. So no, not the greatest debut.

The fact that Keith Lee's AEW debut is still, by far, the absolute best moment of his AEW run really says a lot about how poorly he was used. He should return to WWE. HHH booked him like a megastar in NXT. Now that he's running the main roster creative, he'd make great use of Keith Lee.

It would have blown the roof off. The 1000 or so people they managed to get in there at the time did their best, but it really was one of the most shocking moments in AEW's history. Also, honestly I would have dropped Buddy Matthews from the list while keeping Keith Lee on (all respect to Buddy, he's great, but we kind of all knew he was coming) in favour of fitting William Regal in here somewhere. I know he's not an active wrestler, but his debut at Revolution was AMAZING.

I respect and the love hell out of sting. Let's be real , who doesn't? It's STING . IT'S THE STINGER. Dude's a legend in this business. My point is his appearances should be made more special and few and not on every week's free television. I get it stinger's there every week to help put Darby over and he's been very successful. But I really think he should make only ppv appearances . His age doesn't favor him for weekly tv either.

Mox will always be the #1 for me. Time in the business where no one knew wtf was going on, and with the odd way WWE handled his release, his debut was a true surprise and they didnt need to do it in his home town to get a crazy reaction
I know people trash talk AEW because they make it their hobby to talk about WWE, but we can definitely see that AEW is doing something right when it gets so many talents to switch. And it's not only money.

Unpopular opinion: Jeff Hardy is not the greatest debut in AEW. The guy got fired from WWE because he voluntarily left one event. And then he did not show up once again. WWE tried to get help for him, but he turned that down on his own terms. I feel like AEW should have handled this hiring properly, first get the guy some help. And then offer him the position. I’m sure Jeff has his own demons, but he reaaaaally needs the help. So no, not the greatest debut.
The debut itself (crowd reaction etc.) was pretty good, but the signing was a mistake. I like Jeff but he should become sober before entering a ring again.

The fact that Keith Lee's AEW debut is still, by far, the absolute best moment of his AEW run really says a lot about how poorly he was used. He should return to WWE. HHH booked him like a megastar in NXT. Now that he's running the main roster creative, he'd make great use of Keith Lee.
