    • I'd say it more had to do with growing out of it. I found myself finding less time to stay invested and the monthly PPVs that I couldn't buy with my own money always made me feel like I wasn't getting the most out of it. That coupled with the kid friendly era that followed soon after I stopped, there was no good reason (and still isn't) for me to go back.

  • One of the best debuts/returns I've ever seen in wrestling. This felt so special because it feels like Edge is returning to real wrestling. As if he's saving the day for old school wrestling fans. That's why it had such an emotional feeling.

  • I was there, 4th row ringside and my ears rang for like 10 minutes after the show ended. An insane reaction to experience live, to say the least. I only wish there was a bigger crowd there like for Dynamite on January 4th cause that would've made it even sweeter.

  • Coming back to watch this, Adam Copeland was exactly the thing AEW needed to start turning the ship around after the unfortunate events of the summer. His debut didn't fix everything, but it was a palette cleanser. Just glad he's doing his thing.

    • I believe Adam is friends with Myles Kennedy and Mark Tremonti when the song was written the version played was specifically for Adam, so Vince couldn't impound it because he doesn't have exclusive rights to it. I literally got goosebumps and teared up a little when it played. Brought back awesome memories is one of my favorite entrance songs for a wrestler. 😊

  • This was perfectly executed! The Darby and Christian match was INCREDIBLE leading into the debut! Everything was on point, the cinematic preview, the licenced music, the smoke and pyro. Treated Edge like the big star he is! Fantastic moment for AEW!

  • I've never been a huge Edge fan but this was TRULY special. AEW knows how to do huge debuts correctly. This debut and Adam's level of excitement is absolutely making me hype for his AEW run. 🤘🏻🤘🏻
