The extreme but genuine modesty and respect at the end really won me over. That's easily one of the best moments of sportsmanship I've ever seen in MMA, and MMA is a sport with many legendary and unique moments of sportsmanship. Sadly, part of what makes this impressive is how so much of MMA has become very disrespectful and often downright disgraceful.
I dunno... Swinging someone so his head hits a fence (so close to the post) is pretty low, IMO.

The guy that won made himself appear small and not as threatening in his stance at the beginning of round two . It was a great strategy because his opponent got relaxed and walked in the trap.
Keeping your hands down like that is still pretty risky, throwing from lower is key with much less shoulder telegraphing, but if you get dodged throwing that punch the knee or right side liver shot can be devastating. It was a great clean punch though, don't get me wrong.
