The best comment I heard, England at their best couldn’t beat SA at their worst.
I heard another great one when Ireland were all the rage: Ireland's best ever RWC result (QF) is SA's worst.
That was the worst team England have sent to a World Cup.
Teams don't play in isolation. That was SA at their best, and they were outplayed by the worst England side in a generation.
@@denneysteve3994 You think that was SA at their best, do you?
@@denneysteve3994look at the scoreboard
That behaviour from that lad who threw the South African flag away is a disgrace no wonder everyone hates England.
Sore loser he is
Dont worry about it. I would rather say it is because guys like Mike Tindall.
What about the racist slur South Africa said to England.
@@thetallweatherman2246what about it, he didn't even speak English, he spoke Afrikaans and Curry just very badly interpreted the word, incorrectly. It is such bad sportsmanship from Curry.
@@thetallweatherman2246racist slur said to England: 1. Nice one, might want to check your history on that one mate. Try "British empire" 2. He spoke in Afrikaans "wit kant". Although must be quite an insecurity to immediately jump to that conclusion 🤣 Google is your friend. 🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
Springboks had the toughest run to the world cup final. They played against Scotland, Ireland, France, England and now new Zealand
NZ also had a tough road playing France & Ireland. Pity Argentina rolled over
Beat NZ and Wales in warm ups.
They also played New Zealand, Wales and Argentina in the pre-tourney warm ups. They played all of the world's best sides in the past two months - hence the no. 1 ranking.
You guys weren’t bringing this up in 2019 😂😂
The Niew Zealand games to the Semi finals are much easier than South Africa's. The first game of Niew Zealand was France and from there it was straight to the Semi finals. South Africa on the other hand was Scotland, Ire land, Tonga who are suppose to be one of the minnows (which was a aggressive and tough team) to play against, with many strong and well known players in the team. They played like Samoa whom SA always use to get in the previous world cups. Then it was France and now this past Sunday it was England. It seems like the system was set up to tire South Africa out by the time they get to the finals, eventhough it look like they wanted SA out before the Semi final. Niew Zealand was always wrapped in cotton wool and this is not the first time they were given an much easier road to the Semi finals then South Africa. This was also mainly the reason for Niew Zealand to win world cups back to back. I was just wondering if Niew Zealand would smoke the pipe if the positions were swapped whereby Niew Zealand are put out to play the tough teams given to South Africa.
Cricket and Rugby in one Day!
😂😂😂Clean sweep!!
At least we've got the 3 world titles Bokke. Football, Cricket and Rugby ...🤔
@@MrMikes360 that Football World Cup is so old I think it has returned to dust 🤣
Bokkland is nowhere near to challenging for it 🤣
Hahahahah… football, ah shame my little boy.
To the lady who thinks it's unfair, it's very basic. Each team gets 80 minutes. The team that accumulated the most points wins. So what is unfair? Teams must remember it's not over until the final whistle has gone.
Note please respect people's flags!!! I understand the emotions and banter but respect!!
Please respect other people's country
@@MrMikes360 we have a saying in Afrikaans don't be a poes be lekker, it's jus rugby not politics or war

@@MrMikes360are you English 😂
Are you from Bokkeland 😆
As a South African, we've really got to give the Boks grace for how they played, even if it wasn't their best. They were still fatigued from last week's intense game with France, and had to get ready for yesterday's game. And the weather and terrain conditions didn't make it any easier for them. England on the other hand, had the preschool pool throughout the tournament. That game was the first tough game they've played, and if they only played their best game now, then I'm not really sure if that's really the case if they had been in a much tougher pool with equal level of skills. This game to me, felt like England's first challenge, which they should have faced in the early Pool stages if they had tougher rivals. Then people wouldn't probably write them off and see them as a genuine threat, but I'll give them credit for showing that for the 70 minutes at the semis as they were leading. The Boks, on the other hand, had the toughest road to climb in the tournament. We were in the Pool of Death, as we had Scotland, Ireland, and even Tonga, who showed up and surprised everyone with their impressive defense side. And we all know how the game with France turned out to be. World Rugby may have set us up for failure, as we are the reigning world championships, and that kind of puts a target on your back for everyone to take you out. But the Boks stood their ground, faced the odds that were against them, and now we are on to the finals to face our greatest rivals. The ABs also didn't have an easy road either in the beginning with the opening game, but after that, they didn't face much competition until the quarter finals with Ireland. And the most disappointing and boring semi finals with Argentina, so they didn't face much adversity. But I'm really reluctant to say that England played their best when they had the easiest run in the tournament out of any team. Even Ireland and France, who never lost a game until the quarters, had tougher competition than England. The Red Roses were just in the lead. And probably the vengeance that fueled them from the previous RWC in 2019 may have factored in their gameplay to play harder. At the end of the day, "playing the best rugby", or "playing the prettiest rugby" as some French fans have said last week, doesn't win you games. Experience, creativity, and overcoming adversity at the worst of times, is all it takes to win.
The fact is, once again England couldn't score a try against South Africa.
👌
@@robertporter4501 And the Boks scored the only try with a perfect conversion in the duration of the full 80 minutes. All they did was kick, kick, kick penalties. The drop goal was the only unique thing England did to get ahead of the game. If that doesn't speak volumes of how good they are, even at the worst game in RWC history, I don't know what will convince that they might not only win, but will go on to make double history by winning back-to-back and winning the Webb Ellis Cup for a fourth time! GO BOKKE 😭💚💛🇿🇦
I had no hope. Then I had hope. Then they took it away. Bro... that is rough

Yo! I'm a Saffa but I can understand the feelings of the English fans. Devastated yes, but for what it's worth I was prematurely devastated for 75 minutes tonight while you guys were revelling in shafting the Boks. Yes, England were the best for those 75 minutes but a game of rugby is 80 minutes. Very very well done England; you did yourselves proud. Ps. Sorry about the cricket
Classy response. Not fussed about the cricket. We're already the only team to ever hold all WC trophies for the short form anyway. Rugby is your sport, banter certainly isn't.
Nice one, Steve. Roy b, CapeTown south africa 🇿🇦
The AB fans were better WC holders. They have got used to being the best team in the world and a lot of them were humble. The SA fans have been a nightmare, but I do get it... to a point. Nice to see a SA fan with a bit of humanity... then you said that silly cricket thing that has nothing to do with rugby.
@@RasperdanComments about ABs being the better world cup winners are why SA fans have to back their team like this. It's people like you that cause it.

Have faith in your team, no matter what. The Springboks know that we have faith in them. It must be really tough for England to hear their supporters saying they had no faith in them.
It surprised me to learn that England -of late - often booed Owen Farrell. Whaaaat ? the guy is perfect in his execution. It is my promise to all and sundry that we as South Africans love and respective ALL our players unconditionally.

Plus, when you do meet their intensity level with the whole tough guy act, they usually back down like little mice. It's an odd way to communicate, but is clearly a cultural thing.

No SA played NZ before in WORLD CUP FINAL. 1995 when Nelson Mandela walked on the field in a number 6 jersey. That was HUGE for South Africa as a nation after years of Apartheid.
Yes they did! You're right, the one the all blacks got food poisoning the night before the match by a south African waitress 😂
Can you get food poisoning from a waitress? Maybe he got something else.@@davidvincent9545
Also South Africa has won 3/7 World cups where they have participated, (because they were banned from 1987 and 1991 WC due to apartheid), while NZ has won 3/9, hence South Africa has higher success rate, and the Best Rugby team in World cups, which is definitely the most prestigious tournament that there is. Also lets not forget that South Africa won 3 world cups with 3 different Generations, 1995, 2007 and 2019 are 3 completely different generations of players, while New Zealand won 3 world cups with 2 different generations, as 2011 and 2015 was mostly the same time, save minor changes..

Bring it home boys🇿🇦🇿🇦
In the art of rugby war, much like warriors enduring a tempest's fury, the Springbok rugby team's unwavering resolve mirrored the wisdom of Sun Tzu. As the master strategist eloquently put it, "In war, the way is to avoid what is strong and to strike at what is weak." Hidden in plain sight the Springbok scrum manifested this principle, a silent powerhouse, ready to seize victory when the moment was ripe. In the midst of the game's intense clashes, England may have claimed fleeting victories, but as Sun Tzu wisely observed, triumphs in individual battles don't assure triumph in the war. Indeed England may have won the on field battles, but, as Sun Tzu's timeless wisdom reminds us, victory in battle doesn't guarantee success in the war. The Springboks, akin to seasoned generals, exercised patience. In the game's dwindling moments, they seized the strategic vantage point with their scrum. They made substitutions, ceded territory, and fortified their scrum, ultimately clinching the war even when it appeared that England had triumphed in the battle on the field. It was then that England realized they had secured the battle but lost the war. In rugby, much like in war, the final score unveils the indomitable spirit, the very essence of the team that conquers.......................................................................................................the match.
Yes please respect our flag!!!
Well played to England it was a great game of rugby really njoyed it. That drop goal was amazing but if this game proves anything is that tries wins games. SA never gave up scored a try in the last 10 minutes then ofcoz Pollard kicking that 50metre penalty. It was a tight game i'm hoping we can do a back to back. Mapimpi and Marx will be back for the final that will be a good boost. Lets go 🇿🇦 🔥 🔥

South African here: I just want to echo the fans in the video. Sterling performance by England. The lads are young and will be ready for 2027.
England displayed a dominace over South Africa who had their worst game in a very long time. Englad were winning that game in every aspect. Linouts, Scrums, Moles, Rucks, Turnovers, Power, Speed, Tackling & Kicking. England had SA on their knees and they couldn't kill that game. I've haven't seen SA get dominated like that in a very long time especially in recent years. The fact that Siya, Eben, Malherbe, Kitshoff, & Vermeulen. Had to get substituted because they couldn't deal with England. That says a lot about how shit SA were. This was the worst performance we've seen from SA in a while and that was one of the best if not the best performances we've seen from England in this world cup. But England still couldn't kill that game off. They couldn't even get a try. That IMO says a lot about the BOKS.
A lot of this came down to pressure and weather conditions, South Africa lost a lot of ball position due to the ball slipping from their hands.. which England did a lot better. In a more "controlled" and ideal scenatio, South Africa would have capitalized much more situations.
Coming from a South African, our fans in that premises are arrogant and clearly don’t know a thing about rugby.
Just a normal Bokk, arrogant, disrespectful and full of themselves. Yet just can't go back home 🤔
