This 22 Minute Yoga Nidra Deep Relaxation is a Meditation guided by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga. You can think of this Yoga Nidra is like a little reset for your mind. This guided yoga nidra includes relaxing music (binaural beats) to enhance the deep state of relaxation. This type of meditation also aids deep relaxation, non sleep deep rest, and for those who need it, sleep.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This yogic sleep technique calms the nervous system and activate the parasympathetic (relaxation, rest & digest) response which is so needed in these current times.

Ugh I was doing this daily on my hospital night shift then people ruined it by coming into the space I did it in. I don't have many spaces to go and now some guy comes to take a crap same time I take my breaks and coworker has the locker room at his break. Diff time. I just use these vids now at home for a quick nap or in my car
I've been practicing with you for 10 months now - today I had a new experience. At some point I started to feel a buzzing, tingling, energy flowing through my whole body and this sensation just stayed with me and kept energizing me. I have MS. I've practiced yoga for years to manage my symptoms, but came to yoga nidra only a few months ago after reading about it. Yours was the page that came up when I first searched and I've been practicing several times a week since, always with you. Your voice is so calming. My nervous system is always overstimulated with signals getting crossed and too many pain signals to process. This is the first thing I've found that actually can calm all of it and make me able to FEEL my whole body! I am very much enjoying doing this when I get home from work. My only suggestion is if you could use pictures or descriptive titles that differ more, it would be easier to tell which ones I particularly liked and wanted to do again. They’re all so similar, I have no idea which one is which in my playlist any longer…. 😊
