  • THIS is one of the best Operators i ever seen on this Channel! No waisting time to clean up his loading area for the Trucks, always three Buckets to compete a truck! Great, is all i can say!

    • Not really, he is leaving the trucks 3/4 full, he can get another bucket in each truck. Very inefficient beings he could move way more material with a extra bucket, trucks have to make more trips at 3/4 full....Not sure why you think this is the best operator.

  • The 385 is a wonderful machine spent many years on them. I would say your a very smooth operator…but you need to load your bucket up each time Full. Each truck can take 4 buckets no problem..seems quite. Waste sending trucks away 3/4 of a load…hence costing the company 25% more trucking cost I only speak from experience

  • Most of the trucks are leaving with about 3/4 of a load. The operator doesn’t come up with a full bucket each time.
