But 2 years ago we had to move a patient, she was with her family on holidays and dad and son decided to go to the go-karts...she wasn't really into it but agreed. So, they all started driving and suddenly her long hair (below the waist length) came loose and got stuck in the engine. She freaked out and speed up. It scalp almost all her hair ( yes, with skin) from forehead to the base of her neck. The hospital wasn't prepared for such a complex and odd accident so they made the mistake of putting ice in contact with the skin when moving her to a clinic in another state. The clinic that treated her couldn't save the piece,so she had to undergo several skin grafts surgeries. She'll never have hair again. We were very worried about her, even our ambulance Manager (who drove her to the new clinic) went to visit her twice. 2 years later she's almost done with the surgeries and last time the manager talked to her mother she said she was really in a good mood and even went for wigs shopping. So, my point is get your hair up in a bun if you try going karting and make sure it won't come loose.
Responsible go-kart tracks require the use of helmets.

Yeah long dangly things around engines are a bad idea. When I was getting my motorcycle license (gotta do a 2 days course) they were warning us about this and mentioned go-karts. Apparently just a few months prior, here in Aus, someone had died go-carting in a similar way. There was also someone who died from wearing a scarf while riding their motorcycle, it got caught in the rear wheel and basically pulled them off and into the wheel.

That kind of thing happened a couple of years ago to a house down my street. I was so torn-- I did want to see what would happen (how often do you get to see a real SWAT team in action?) but was afraid of all the guns. They had body armor but I didn't. Also, in my part of the country guns are not a common thing. I ended up staying inside and checking what I could through my window.

There are a set of 4 of those videos where crows eat the ticks off kangaroos and wallabys at feed/ water stations. Done of the ticks are gold ball sized!!!
I still remember that in my school days when we were taught symbiosis relationship in the biology class through examples like corals-fish or honeybee-flowers. But my private tution teacher taught me more simple example like buffalo and crow, both of them does exactly the same as shown in the kangaroo and crow clip. But my school teacher didn't give me marks for such raw example. I wish i meet her someday and show her this clip and maybe ask compensation for that 2 marks she deducted in my test. Lol

@@someguyino it's an animal that probably got spooked because it wasn't used to a noise or whatever (horses are natural flight animals and need proper training/ desensitization). The important part is getting that horse to calm down before it runs into traffic/ injures itself or others. If you are looking to blame someone blame the owner for letting this happen. Btw animals can't "cause a scene" they are animals and if they get scared they run. Humans think it's inconvenient if an animal gets scared or doesn't always exactly behave like they want, but that's not how any animal works.

That one video with the Amazon delivery and the guy stealing the camera... I think he put his phone down to record himself delivering the package probably to prove that he did. I've worked in this sector and probably he's had problems with that address saying they didn't receive a delivery he has dropped off before. It looked to me like he set his phone down to record him delivering it and then picked it up after.

@@a10miletooth Depends on the laws regarding recording other people without their knowledge (it's why when you call customer service lines, you get that This Call May Be Recorded spiel). Some states are one-party and some are two-party (one party, only one side needs to consent to being recorded, two-party requires both sides agreeing, etc.). If this is a two-party state, then I can see why he's still trying to be cautious. Or if they're one party, she may have complained about being recorded before.

Didn't think about this but it makes more sense than the idea that he would take a security cam that was in an odd spot to begin with.

I think the delivery guy at the start didn't stole anything. He simply put his phone on recording on that corner before knocking on the door, to prove he had delivered the package. He simply just waited then for the woman to come back inside, so she wouldn't see him grabbing the phone back.

Although it’s nice to think that the crow is helping, the crow doesn’t care. It just sees a free meal in those engorged ticks. Birds like crows and oxpeckers when they are really hungry will even purposefully peck wounds open on big animals to attract parasites and flies that they can then eat

As a person who has lived with horses I will tell you right now, that panicking or screaming or doing anything sudden in front of a horse while you’re stressed is a good way to make the horse panic and scared because horses are not aggressive normally not in stables or the wild, there evolution is specific to sense something wrong and run as fast as possible
Apparently boohoo YT felt I was being too offensive in talking about the life threatening dangers of trying to stop a horse like that in the moment..if the guy had attempted a seriously hard stop.

@@BWolf00 I meant those other people who screamed when the horse ran, what that man did wasn’t the smartest thing, but it was the right thing to try to do in that situation, because in any other situation where the horse is in a good place preferably a farm, then what he did would only scare the horse more, so if he wasn’t in the city then what he did was wrong but because he was it was the best he could do because he knows just as well as I do that the people in the city is stupid and will scream and panic and then be surprised when the horse panics as well and then the stupid people scream more and get more scared and if the horse already wasn’t in a full blown horse panic which is almost a 0 chance then the horse would be in full panic right there
@@wincentwass5818 I got all that and I'm really not faulting his attempt, I'm just glad that he didn't make a 100% commitment to the effort. Initially I thought he had grabbed at the traces not the reins, that draft horse weighing around 1500lbs (or more) wouldn't have noticed if he had wanked the guy from his feet. That horse really needed to burn off some anxiety/energy before he was be approachable...at least by strangers. What I'm curious about was he the "owner" or was it the guy in the long hooded coat...the latter I think, and yet he didn't make an effort to call or stop the horse. But more to your point these people screaming are not helping anything and are more likely endangering themselves. Thing is the city bubble people rarely have any experience with large animals or for that matter animals in general. Most can't even read the body language of a pet cat or dog.

I honestly need that guys thought process. Like you take a camera (which is recording you currently) that is likely connected to their wifi that the footage is also clearly being saved. They also know who you work for and who was put on that route so it would be stupid easy to show said footage to the employer to ID them...and yet they still did it. That has to be the one of the single dumbest things I have witnessed. I can understand stealing a package, because maybe the person doesn't see a visible camera, but to be aware of the camera and be like I'm gonna take the camera is next level dumb

The only clip I wouldn't have included is the giraffe chiropractic one. Chiropractic is originally based on pseudoscientific ideas. It can help with some back issues, but not any better than physical therapy can, which IS a science based intervention. The difference between the outcomes of physical therapy and chiropractic is that chiropractic manipulation involves risks that physical therapy generally avoids. Especially the manipulation of neck area can be very dangerous - there's a small chance of such manipulation causing a tear in vertebral or carotid arteries, that can lead to a stroke. I would not promote chiropractic for the reason that similar benefits can be achieved without the risks of chiropractic. Many chiropractors also make false claims of chiropractic being able to cure or treat a variety of conditions which it cannot affect. Performing chiropractic manipulation on animals that cannot give reliable feedback, or consent to the practice, is also ethically very questionable.
