    • 1. As I have said many times, the Russians in occupied territory are absolute sitting ducks..there is literally nowhere for them to hide within occupied territory....AND...if Ukraine had sufficient quantities of Storm Shadow, SCALP, Taurus, GLSDBs, ATACMS, cluster munitions, etc...the Ukrainians could obliterate a lot of Russia assets & troops within a matter of 4 to 6 months.🤔 2. Furthermore, IMHO, if the Ukrainians were allowed to fire some of these missiles & western artillery munitions into Russian territory, Russia would be a total mess within half-a-year at the most. IMHO, the only reason this war is not already over (..with Russian occupying forces crushed & slithering back to Russia in shame..,.) is that key allies of Ukraine didn't want it to happen.🤔 3. Regarding conscription/mobilization in Russia leading to a labour force that's too small to manufacture enough war materials...FYI, I have seen several 'news reports' from mainstream media stating that Russia just lowered the minimum age required for young Russians to work in factories down to 14. I am not sure if it's b.s., but it wouldn't shock me one way or the other.🤔

    • My congressman supported Ukraine until he fell in line with "muh border" rhetoric. He did say he wasn't willing to abandon Ukraine yet. I called and politely told his office that's effectively what he's done. The border rhetoric is odd considering the war didn't stop Ukraine from helping Turkey after that earthquake.

  • I have written letters to just about every republican in the Senate and the House saying I was for the first time in my life a shamed to be an American. I if they don’t get off their bottom and act like professionals and not children then I would vote in the November elections a straight democrat ticket. • Workers in 38 of the 50 US states now have good, high-paying jobs in defense industry factories. The US military has sent older and soon to be "expired" munitions to Ukraine (and thus we don't have to pay to dispose of it), and now the US is getting new and more modern supplies. I explained that to a couple of MAGA folks I know, and it was something the pro-Russian news outlets they listen to hadn't told them. I also explained in detail the atrocities and war crimes the Russian army has committed in Ukraine; all that had been downplayed on the news they consumed. I think I shifted their thinking a bit. That's every bit as important as writing to elected representatives.

  • Thank you Georgis. I was honored to go to Washington as a delegate to the Ukraine Action Summit last week. There were 500 of us from across the US, organized through Razom for Ukraine, and American Coalition for Ukraine. We had the honor of speaking from within the larger movement of Ukraine supporters at a crucial moment. In meetings with Representatives, it was very clear that people who wrote letters and called were the ones moving the Congress. We should remember this. Everyone in America who stayed informed, demonstrated, wrote letters or called the Congress moved this. We Americans bore a burden of shame for six months. In the meetings there were three wonderful mothers of American heroes who died on the front lines. The difficult, sacred stories of their heroic sons truly mattered, and I felt the Congress could finally hear them, and weigh the cost Ukrainians bear. This moved the Congress. So with huge thanks to Razom, Nova Ukraine, the Congressional Conference for Ukraine, to every Congressman who voted the right way, and to every American who supports Ukraine, who writes a letter, who talks to a friend, or who still watches KZhead for information, thanks. We were privileged to watch a mystery of democracy unfold, and it was beautiful.

The vote was blocked by legislative maneuvering to stop the vote from occurring. Unrelenting pressure and circumstances finally forced a vote. I am also hearing reports in the U.S. that supplies and equipment have already been prepositioned in Europe and elsewhere, and supplies should start arriving in Ukraine before the week is out. • My state of Arizona is usually a red state and we have 3 Republican reps. Our state has also been a beneficiary of the aid to Ukraine as well (we have some military production here) and yet of the 3 reps, only Juan Ciscomani (R) voted for Ukraine aid. Thank you Juan for looking out for not only Ukraine, but ALSO the state of Arizona and its local economy. Thank you for not listening to the MAGA cult. 🇺🇲🇺🇦

I got the majority of my family to call our local representatives and show support for Ukraine. I honestly didnt think it would happen. I began to seriously consider certain positions of power in my government to be compromised. I am filled with joy now. Much love from the United States. Slava Ukraini!

  • 10 years ago, Kyiv made a video like all cities in the world, a video with the "Happy" from Pharrell William. "Happy Kyiv - Gosia molska" Check it out... My city in Poland did a few! Some were cool. But Kyiv? An amazing VDO still today to watch. In retrospective. How about a few new ones from Ukraine? Theses boys and girls can take an old song and "flip it like a drone without a rule - ah ah"! Just saying cause when watching it today, it reminds me that here in Poland? Today? Today I watch this video and I HOPE that the people in the West will understand more the Ukrainians! Because if we in Poland 10 years ago didn't get it?... Chances are that we were not the only ones.

    • @@AirB-101 I simply agree with you that the world, and especially the Western world, don't really understand Ukraine. And Poland might have been in a similar position 10 years and more ago. I'm a South African, and I was aware of the Russians taking Crimea in 2014. I was aware of what happened in Dombas. I knew about the shooting down of the civilian plane by the Russians. I was aware of some sanctions being imposed on Russia by Obama. But then Ukraine disappeared from the radar, until late 2021, and of course, early 2022. The reaction of our government was so confusing that I had to do my own research to establish what was really happening. And I was commenting that the same could have happened concerning Poland. Your country is still not safe. Neither are the Balkan countries, and various other countries. Anyway... I'll get off my soapbox now.

The good people of Slovakia have proved they are not happy with their Govt,s handling of the situation. Surely the potential exists for a similar move. Post a list of all Slovak Politician contact details and get the good people of Slovakia to do the same. The system WORKS. it has been tried and proven.

  • Georgie please don't underrate the influence of international support for Ukraine. I think the US is only too aware of the general public support for Ukraine and the awareness of the current situation. Nobody, especially the US wants to be tagged as an unreliable partner who makes promises and then refuses to honour them. Johnson had his back against the wall but I'm still glad that the bill passed in the house with such an overwhelming majority. I'm certain that the logistical plans are just waiting for go and I hope things will start moving this week. The US are great at logistics and I think they're ready to roll.
