To think there are people out there in real life who can relate to that. Some powerful dictator takes everything from an individual and it turns out the individual isn't even in the shadow of his radar.

I actually felt like they tried to show Black Widow as a "Captain America" like character....they even had the villian as mind controlled....Taskmaster is basically Winter Soldier in Cap 2
In the comics she was given the same serum as him. And trained under Logan and cap so that should gauge her age level

Red Guardian seemed pretty confident that he fought Captain America, despite Steve still being on ice. Was it Isaiah Bradley, who was hunted by various organizations, including Winter Soldier? Or maybe he actually ran into the time displaced Steve Rogers.

Good movie, much darker than I expected. Makes you see Natasha in a different light in all the other films. Can't wait to see Yelena and John Walker/U.S. Agent interacting
Yelena was AMAZING she is definitely my new favorite character
Taskmaster was definitely using the same type of tech that Stark did to beat Cap in Civil War, just not exactly Friday/Jarvis style AI. But after watching the movie, and seeing the Taskmaster suit in action, the "perfect mimic" part of the character was all the AI in the chip in their neck/helmet/suit.

I feel like they could’ve done a lot more with Red Guardian but they literally did nothing with him the movie’s only super soldier basically talked about glory days,and got his ass handed to him. He wasn’t even a competent fighter

Loved the movie and its subliminal messaging about child exploitation and trafficking. I bet Marvel execs are kicking themselves for waiting so long to get the movie completed after this weekends box office results.
Movie was 7/10. The movie felt like it was leading towards the Cold War and the Soviets in the past but then definitely didn’t go that route. So I was a bit bummed out it left that idea. Otherwise, was still a good movie but could’ve been better imo
How could it feel like it was leading to the Soviets and the Cold war when the USSR and Cold War ended in 1991 and the movie starts in 1995? Know your history dude before you start complaining.
@@howardjackson3745 The family were Soviet spies during the Cold War acting as an American family. Literally just like ‘The Americans’. The music themes were really Russian like and the reason behind the girls being taken by the Russians were to make them assassins/spies, similar to the ‘Red Sparrows’, there was a movie about that as well, but less intense. The whole beginning of the movie pictured having to do with the Russians, the Cold War, spy tactics etc. but then lead to more of a “super soldier” which feels just like what happened in the Captain America series. I think it would’ve been more unique if it continued going down the road of what the Cold War was like, where it is still going on for the Russians, just like the movie Salt, and taking down Russian government officials or something like that. But the movie went down the generic route making the movie feel dam near the same as the rest of them.
So basically we don’t know anything - got it 😉
