20 Steps The Red Room Uses To Create Black Widows

Natasha Romanoff’s origin story is finally here!. And since we have been waiting forever for it, it was about time. Since the introduction of Natasha Romanoff in the 2010 film Iron Man 2, her character, although being an important member of the earth's mightiest hereos, never got her own solo film. The character literally had to die to get it. With her new film out now in theatres and on Disney+ with a Premier Access, the film promises to answer a lot of questions we had about the character’s mysterious origins, while most probably keeping some for later installments if any are made, and I sure hope it will be the case. In today’s video, I will revisit the infamous Russian Assassin Academy and explain how these lethal Russian spies are produced.
Every trainee from this nightmare academy has a pretty shady past where they were either kidnapped or bought from some kind of black market. Starting from there those who made it to the top 28 were enrolled against their will to the spy program responsible for creating one of the deadliest spies in the entire world.
In today’s video, I’ll lose some of the steps girls go through to become master assassins from brainwashing, to combat training, and shooting practice. Obviously, there are more than 20 steps to make these hard-to-kill machines, so feel free to speculate in the comments section about what makes a Natasha a Natasha, or maybe what you would include in such a program. Thanks for watching CBR! Let’s get started.

    • :( I saw a post on Reddit and it said it might be a refercance to how the red room trained their widows to do ballet. it was quite effective, since ballet makes your legs and arms strong but doesn’t build too much chunky muscle which is what the needed for the girls since they’re supposed to be slim and attractive in undercover missions instead of bulky. It’s quite sad. In age of ultron, Wanda does the whole mind magic stuff, on Natasha and we see a bunch of older girls (maybe 16?) dancing to ballet as music plays being told to do the dance over and over again. Natasha watches her own memories and says to the woman who (probably) taught her a bunch of things, ‘ you’ll break them.’ And the woman replies ‘ only the breakable ones. It’s all very depressing. Also it’s very probable that they made them do a ballet dance until their pointe shoes started showing the blood from their feet, painting the floor with blood. And the first 3 to drop to the floor out exhaustion and are killed for not being good enough…

  • in the comics Natasha is actually named Natalia Alianovna Romanova and she was born in 1928, she´s just 10 years younger than Steve Rogers. And also in the comics they don't inject the super soldier serum on the black widows, but instead a special serum that enhanced their abilities, time to recover from wounds and slow their aging, that serum was created by Melina. Also in the comics Alexei isn't Natasha's adoptive (in a mission) father but instead his husband for a period of time, and she was adopted by a soldier named Ivan.

    @andreacoronas2927@andreacoronas29272 жыл бұрын
    • Actually you're wrong about the one who created the serum. In the comics, Melina wasn't even how she is in the movies, she was the Iron Maiden and she hated the Black Widow and hates the fact she lives in the shadow of Black Widow. The one who created the serum that made them young and stronger was Dr. Lyudmila Kudrin, look for her in Black Widow Volume 3. Also, there was no confirmation Natalia was born in 1928, that was only one of the speculations of her early history but no actual confirmation.

  • I truly think The Red Room is the most terrifying concept in the Avengers, applying to humans of course. We got a glimpse into another black widow’s, Dottie Underwood, training and it’s honestly terrifying and it’s been going on for nearly 100 years. Handcuffed to the beds, forced to kill each other from a young age, non-consensual sterilisation. I couldn’t even imagine if it was real!

As a Russian, Romanoff is the Russian name for a man but a woman's name would be Romanova, the family's name uses ova at the end to denote the feminine name but Marvel probably didn't know this rule back in the1960s when they created the character and the incorrect name has persisted for nearly60 years now

Those are Glock 26s in 9mm. As far as the Red Room scenes, she was shooting the Soviet Makarov. There may have been a Walther (looked like they may have had her practicing with various pistols). • I didnt like this either, they should have a ceremony to both, both give their lifes, Nat recibe a Hulk, Hulk throwing a bench and a small line between Clint and Wanda, she deserve more, She was very close to Clint, Steve, Bruce and knew Tony for a long time. Se deserve more..

  • I don't know exactly what did Loki mean by "Dreykov's Daughter". Bcuz some people say he was referring to Natasha. But some other people say that he was referring to Antonya, Dreykov's Daughter, who almost was killed by Natasha.

  • I bet that the use of subduction as manipulation was taught as a part of the red room. Perhaps it’s tied to the reason why they castrate them. 💔 it’s even more disturbing when you realize how young the girls are when the process starts.
