Here is my speed test between Samsung's Galaxy S24 and the Apple iPhone 15! #shorts
This test is fast forwarded in speed. I included benchmarks at the end :)

Had the XR and tried a 13 but I sold those off gonna try a x in 2024 256gb max base model

The 120Hz display alone is enough to make me get the galaxy. Once you use such a display even for a bit, 60Hz will feel really bad.

Loading apps is not about chipset it is all about about internal storage format and animations apple use NVMe and S24 use Ufs4.0 but yeah s24 is faster

It's me but it seems like certain app been optimized for iPhone but when they're not there's a drop off.
I just bough the 15 pro max and I have nothing bad to say about it, great phone for business, photos, music, films and series and so on... before buying I also tried the S24 Utra, but for me, there are no comparisons talking about the cameras, Apple is just ahead since ever in terms of cameras optimization. By the way I noticed that the S24 is still a great great product, just different feelings and features👍🏼

@@solo451 This is not about the FPS dudes. It's about how fast the phone is able to open apps. That's based on the RAM and the Storage and not the refresh rate.
This is coming from someone who just bought the S24 Ultra, at this point the results are so close that unless you're really pushing your phone to its absolute limits, you're not going to notice a difference in speed

You can compare it by booting up apps. It’s a whole different infrastructure where the apps are build on. Some even have longer loading screens by purpose to make it visible for the user that something is happening. It’s called ux design and I know my stuff ;).

@@whattachhit The a16 bionic is technically 5nm whereas the 8 gen3 is 4nm. Even though, the 8 gen3 is more powerful it won’t be able to deliver due to the ‘one fits all’ nature of the chip and it is not optimised for any particular Android OEM rom and results vary because of the design and thermals of the phone.

I also had a Samsung s21 before that, it heated so often that the plastic back just peeled off and stutters so badly whenever I open some game like genshin or fortnite despite having a comparable processor or even a much more powerful processor. I’d rather pay more than have to deal with this

1 generation difference processor, the processor used on the iPhone 15 is the same as the processor on the iPhone 14 Pro series in 2022, different from the Snap 8+ Gen 3 which is the latest generation on Android

If you want a good phone, neither
Just go with the a15 it is newer and will be supported longer with updates.
A25 is a better choice it is just 100 dollars more compared to the 15 that cost you 200 dollars

When apple was still using LED displays in 2019 I was completely on board with the criticism, but genuinely why the hell do you need your phone to be 120 Hz. If I want to play a game I’ll play it on my PC, 60Hz doesn’t feel that unbearably slow for day to day usage
That makes sense if your phone is a 100 dollar phone, but for the price the iPhone still uses 60 Hz, like a cheap phone?
every swipe is literally smother on 120hz. try capping ur pc monitor to 60hz(hopefully you have a greater one than 60hz...) and moving some windows(file explorers window for example) then set ur refresh rate to 120 and do the same. If you tell me that there`s no difference... The entire internet will literally eat you.

Idk why ppl care so much for screen hz, as most games and apps in general on these devices are capped at like 60fps, and most apps that do take advantage of the faster screen are kinda few other than like the major content ones like yt and tiktok.
