how about MJ?
V BB cv b
Watching December 18 2022 Rip
What a privileged it was to be able to step on the same court as Kobe. I don't care if I get smoked. It's an honor.
oh were you in this video bro?
@@lukky333 Obviously not you're telling me it took him 6 years to find this video
All cap 🧢
Of course it was, he was one of the greats. Would it be an honor to go on court with MJ? come on
Yes is you was pick for the love of the Game which Unlimited Frank Wallace jr Choctaw
Kobe had one of the most universal appeals of any athlete in history, he could seamlessly interact with all cultures of people.
@Cerberus Doggo cheap joke mate
Not with women though
@Cerberus Doggo Well, it might be offensive to some people. I think that's what he meant.
Because he was raised in Italy. He felt Europe.
@@PharaoahMonk He was only there for 6 years....he’s a black man who went to good schools, as his parents had resources.
He left us a lifetime full of good memories.
I'm not a full basketball expert but was the last one a travel? His left foot took another step while he had the ball in his hands
@@rayromano6249 I'm not completely sure. Strict refs may call a travel, but generally speaking, it might not be
No he didn't travel. You are allowed to jump up with the ball in your hands without it being called traveling, if he came back down with the ball in his hands, then it would've been traveling. He did all legal moves here, and by legal I mean referees during an official NBA game wouldn't have called traveling on him. His pivot foot remained planted and only when he went to lay up did his feet come up off the ground. Slow it down to get a closer look. I used that same technique when I used to hoop a long time ago.
why is this traveling discussion under this comment
Theres traveling in almost every possession but the refs only calling the blatant extra dribble or up and down if your pivot foot moves a bit because of momentum but they actually keep the foot on its position there not gonna call it because it happens Every play they would never get out of first quarter!
I'm not surprised how good he would be in 1v1. I mean, he even went up 1v5 in his prime, so of course he could anything in 1v1 or Iso. No wasted movements. Pure legend.
His footwork is flawless!
looks like he lifts his pivot foot on the last play actually
@@purerealm was thinking the same . travels before putting the ball on the floor haha
@@kaasha77 it doesn't matter they'd never call that today the league is soft 😂😂

That last move in the post is so affective works basically every time I love doing it 💪🏽
Dream.shake and a pump fake, bad ass move
righhht
Always ahahah, I doing it thinking I m kobe
Yeah right! The fact u trying to toot ur own horn on KZhead sells that u have zero game
Hey Bro, cool hair. Shit grew a lot inna year. I also watch drberg & Hodge twins !
I'm A Bulls fan born and raised in the Chicago area about an hour from there. Grew up during the Jordan era so obviously that's my favorite player. But I will tell you man I always respected Kobe and his game and when I heard that tragic news that day I definitely shed a few tears and I'm not ashamed to say it
I miss kobe
Miss that moves miss you kobe
I did that same behind the back move on a outside court. The 2 spectators were going crazy. RIP Kobe!
lol, same.... but I think in my case there was one spectator and I think he put out only a little suprised: Ouh! and a smile. One of the guys on court could dunk over bycicle, the other one was doing 360 dunks and could dunk almost from the free throw line. A small smile was all they got if they did it. The guy that dunked over bycicle was shooting free throws once, he hit 50 in a row and we told him to stop borring us and he's taking the whole basket and to stop and that we want to shoot too. Tough crowd all around lol. I noticed as I aged I just see what's wrong and compain when I watch a game and the awe is long gone.
Lol
Kobe is THE GOAT...R.I.P. Big Bro💪🏽🙏🏽💯
yeah yeah i would like to see him doing this moves agains the best NBA players... oh wait, he did for more than 18 years :) kobes the best!
lol u witty
@Cerberus Doggo really? man... i like humor but we can be better than that.. :/
@Cerberus Doggo i agree with most of what ur saying, but im not reacting about death itself, but the use u made of it so freely in that context, wich u can do, ofc, but its just that if ur young daugther died in that accident and someone tell u this joke, im sure u would not laugh or think its funny, and idk then if its necessary to go there in social media, thats all, these jokes are becoming so popular online about kobe that sure some affected ppl have read em many times, and i think its something we could avoid with a bit of sensibility, not cuz hes kobe, but cuz of simple human empathy. But please dont get me wrong. u are absolutely free to say what u want ofc, but for me, i simply think its not necessary to go there, thats all. Its just my opnion, and im no saint or anything like that. So sorry if i may sound out of place with this , i didnt want to start a moral argument, even if i kinda did already, im sure u have a lots of things to answer to what i said with great points , but its fine , you can have ur opinion and its also valid, i was just saying mine with no mean intentions at all. I hope u didnt get me wrong the way i explained myself and that you get what i mean. Have a nice day .
@Cerberus Doggo you rlly think your funny.
@Cerberus Doggo I’m sure you’d laugh if I told you a joke about you dying :/
Gotta love Kobe. Hes missed by many.
Everyday man.
Missed by all
i miss his jumper
I still can't believe he's gone.
Kobe has the best footwork I’ve ever seen. I heard the dream was nice like that to but man he’s gotta be up there him
RIP legend
That was a sick behind the back move!!!
That move is sooo old school but still looks good
I never seen Jordan do it.
One of the greatests
You just can't get any better than Kobe Bryant He is one of the GOATS 🐐 of all times MAMBA for life 🏆 🏆🏆🏆🏆 MVP MVP 💍 💍💍💍💍 Shine on Kobe Much love to you MAMBA ❤ the legend
One of the goats? He's not even top 5 all time. Last I checked there is A "greatest of all time" and that is certainly not Kobe
I was in the audience for this. There was so much hype and expectations by the fans and Nike, and Kobe delivered. RIP legend
How long have you been living in China? Or were you visiting?
Kobe one of the most iconic legendary players of the NBA.Love this Video😃❤️
It's really cool to see how Kobe was admired all across the world just as much as here in the USA, I love watching these kind of videos where he goes to other countries and everyone goes crazy about him! RIP Kobe!
wonder how the guy that he 1v1'd feel now after his death. god it has to be a genuine honor to be on the same court as kobe
he's not abusing his size and speed, just footwork stop saying fair or unfair
Best footwork ever. Only MJ, Jerry Rice, and Messi are close.
@@thsu8 his footwork wasn’t better than Jordan’s
@@MrSPIDEY21 he was either on par or better than jordan in footwork. He had incorporated jordan's and hakeem's footwork
@@saketseshadri7515 stfu
@@cliffbooth1029 why bro ? Watch his highlights and they pretty much speak for themselves. Also I'm in no way saying he was way better than jordan in footwork. He just slightly had more edge in that department because he had to rely on footwork more since he didn't have jordan's athleticism, especially in his later years
Kobe goes up against guys bigger and faster than him all the time. He's Kobe, so every team puts their best defender on him by default. And he never backs down.
That last move was what MJ used to welcome him into the nba
RIP... we miss you
true master. you can a lot from Kobe in any discipline in life.
He learned everything from MJ. The mentality.
I miss you Kobe!!!!
RIP Kobe. Departed the world way too soon.
He was many of our generations goat, genuinely proud to have seen him play live at least once in my lifetime, during the championship run with gasol and co.
Kobe was too smooth! That was nice!
Clicked on this one....The tears fall every time. Laker Nation to my heart for decades. I lost a great one. Miss ya Black Mamba. 😢
Closest thing we had to MJ, not just copying but with his unique style. Rest In Peace brother, you will never be forgotten.

Legends never die
his one on one skills are jaw dropping - from a distance I could mistake this for MJ - so similar in every way, now him vs MJ, that would have been fun to watch!
I agree, both in their prime. I still have to say that Jordan was the main constuct of his game. From feet to fade away, so without the Jordan days before him, I really believe somehow they would both been bulls, which would have been 10 consecutive titles back to back lmao.

Kobe Bryant forever will be missed skills was incredible rest in paradise to a great legend.....🙏🙏🙏
He makes it look so easy. But that's thousands of hours of practice right there. Incredible will and drive. His body just couldn't keep it up anymore.

This is why America is the greatest nation in the world. It creates mentalities like Kobe. We are the best at what we do by a mile and a half .... in everything we do. RIP Kobe.
That old school behind the back A.I. move for And1 has always been my favorite street move
though the last shot was a jordan move... still i salute this guy...kobe...kobe...kobe...
Man I was a kid who grew up in L.A. when he started with the Lakers , One of the most exciting franchises of all time to watch Rick fox Derrick fisher Robert Horry Shaquille O'Neal Kobe Bryant was some of the best games I every watched truthfully a very special time in the NBA
Kobe was like, how many times I gotta play Lin one on one
+csyd22 the one time Lin played against Kobe, he scored 38 points and won the game. Linsanity was real back then
yuch1102 keep living in the psst
shut up
csyd22 funny how you kobe/lakers fans ONLY live in the past. Lakers dynasty of a franchise is over, and Kobe is done. All good things come to an end, hypocrite
yuch1102 5 rings bitch shhh.. duhh he old now ,stating the obvious ...you coming to a end too??
It's incredible how softly his jumper hits the net. It's almost like the ball slows down and hovers before going in.

That move at the end... I was so convinced Kobe would reverse it. Great move!
Kobe had every move in the game . The goat . Always loved and missed dearly
RIP Bean 🐐🏀
some of the best footwork in the game
Happy Birthday Kobe We miss you 💜💛💜💛
At 0:03 I had a deja-vu. It was the move MJ did against Utah in 1998 finals before taking the last winning shot.
Every play every move were different, unlike today's player, one trick to become a star
eurostep?step back back back?
KB = MJ = KB = MJ = LEGEND
we will always miss you
"OHhhhhhhh, OOHHHHHHh, OOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
Imagine it's just Kobe on that court. It's like watching an artist be too perfect at his art.
Thats some crazy footwork!!
That move putting the ball behind the defender’s back then going in for the layout was so sick
I feel like I’m watching Jordan. It’s amazing how similar their moves were.
Just had the most appealing style of basketball ever. Took a lot of Jordan’s moves but made them his own and added his own flavor to it, more of a street style of MJs game.
His game was completely predicated in breaking the man in front of him down 1on1. so much so, that he was breaking down entire teams 1v5 in his prime just about.
Stop the nonsense jordan is better
Most appealing? Michael Jordan was easily the most influential and appealing. Stop clown
@@LaoKast21 Shut your sensitive ass up, I said what I said weirdo deal with it
Jordan was Kobe's idol growing up. So of course he copied all his moves. And when asked if anybody could fill his shoes when he was retiring Jordan said Kobe. That is a big compliment and nod right there.
Loved his shot. Perfect form.
You know what i want about Kobe when it comes to 1 on 1 on his fanss ? He still is on serious mode he dont let you to score agaisnt him unlike those Superstar that they didn't take seriously their Fans on 1 on 1 thats why even if you lose 10-0 against him its still magnificent and unfogettable Experience ...
*American commentators:* "Curry from downtown BANG BANG !" "Lebron with the HUGE DUNK" "What a move by Kobe, too much sauce" *Chineese commentator:* "OH OH oh oh HO HO HOOOOO"
Hands down the most skilled player to ever play the game!
wait what, he's literally an MJ copy (no disrespect)
Kobe has the smoothest and most fluid jumper. Right at the top with Jordan as well
Miss you, Kobe
The best versus rookies. Unfair.
Rookies? Those are not nba players
the best? he is not the best
