When the activist says "for a crime where the victim got two stitches" that crime was attempted murder, so Sheldon was "innocent" by virtue of failing to properly kill a person. I'm sure if they looked, they could have found a real innocent person...

  • There’s also another relevant thing to note. Sheldon Johnson had received ZERO days of good time in prison. For anyone unaware, good time is what they give prisoners for good behaviour, and generally you will receive it not even for acting good, but just not behaving poorly. Good time is what makes you available for parole, that’s why some people will get sentenced to say 30 years but get out after 15, because they accumulated multiple years of good time and were able to reduce their sentences. When your sentence is as long as time guy, you usually go into prison with a few years of automatic good time. This guy had to have been messing up CONSTANTLY in prison to have not even gotten a day of good time while being in there for 25 years, it’s almost impressive to be that bad a person that you never do a single thing that would reduce your sentence. This guy was scum, and anybody should have been able to see it from a mile away.

I’ve done every drug under the sun, I like to get blackout drunk but I’ve never got violent from it. If I’m wasted I’d rather tell someone I appreciate them than try and pick a fight. I don’t get how people can take a life and just move on after. I feel like even if I had to take a life in self defense I’m gonna have an instant panic attack/mental breakdown and legitimately go crazy. I saw an old western movie over a decade ago, two cowboys are having a standoff and the one who drew first and killed the other guy immediately threw up. That’s real, you could tell he was shaken up to the point he had to vomit and run away from the scene, no clue what movie it was but it always stuck with me.

  • My sister's husband got 23 years for murdering her and her unborn baby. He raped he orally, vaginally, and anally after she was dead multiple times. My 2 year old and 1 year old nieces watched him do this to their. When he was done he jumped on her stomach multiple times threw her down the stairs. Then buried under trash and dirty clothes. I found her body 13 days later. He was released in October.

    • He was given 50 yrs... he had all ready served 25. Jesse is such a retard and based on these comments so are most of his followers. This a super fu@ked up sad situation but like you said you can't just lock people up based on a hunch about the future. It seems like every time I watch one of this dipsh!ts videos he's ranting about his "expert level" understanding of whatever topic or his amazing insight reading people and situations. Dude is definitely his own hero... 🦸‍♀🤡

  • I unforunately had to spend a few months in jail when i was younger and many in there was a jailhoue lawyer. I was taught by another inmate & trading properly written appeals for food all the time. I think picked up on the proper way to write appeals within my first month of being there. When u have literally nothing else to think about besides the law & the bible, legislature and latin suddenly doesnt seem so hard anymore
