He threw on his shorts and jumped in the ring to ensure the guy still fought because his opponent b*tched out. That is why Andrew is taking it easy on him and doesn't look in "fighting shape". I would love to hear your thoughts on his recent sparring session with the Olympic boxer and UFC fighter. The Olympic boxer is a Heavyweight, so he is much larger than Andrew.

But fighting in smaller promotions like this a lot of the time an opponent pulls out last minute and you either don't fight or take whoever they have in your weight class. A assumption but this may have been the case and the kid was willing to step up. Tate didn't look too happy about the win as he shouldn't with almost 100 more fights. Pressure fighters are tough for karate style kickboxers too at least speaking personally. I struggle with low level pressure fighters more than the high level snipers when there are ropes. • Nobody’s claiming that Andrew Tate is the best fighter in the world. He’s a legit fighter and it’s laughable when somebody emotionally motivated says he can’t fight. Anyone’s who’s knows anything about fighting knows he’s got legitimate ability. Andrew knows himself he’s not the best. He’s talked about kick boxing not paying him shit which is why he focused on money and now has a net worth of 300 million. He’s one of the smart ones in the game, a lot of fighters in the most elite leagues in MMA live pay check to pay check.

  • Seems to me that the rule-set in kickboxing varies a lot. Do we know if leg-kicks were allowed in this fight? Or am I completely wrong here?

    @petereriksson6760@petereriksson67606 ай бұрын
    • leg kicks are allowed of course, but this is the kid's debut vs a grown man with an injury who seems like not a legitimate elite fighter at all. Tate was never legit at the first place.

    • I concur, he sorta of has that old-man fight melody, Slow but effective. However he could have still looked better if he had tried harder but I'm aware this is after his retirement prior to this fight, He has been retired for 2 whole years. so that's that, however, he could have still performed better.

  • He’s not anything great but he’s got good head movement and a good sense of how to create space with those push kicks. He’s obviously a better fighter than most people out there in the world commenting on it. He doesn’t really have a hand speed or a lot power though which, and his punches are kind of telegraphed on some of them.
