    • yeah, but neither we fight that up close and personal so I doubt the aliens would either. take the Russians vs Nato they do it from long range just the Russians have shit defenses against those sorts of engagements, so we win most of the time now without effort.

    • Also keep in mind, that they only had a fraction of the shells that the battleship actually carried, and a fraction of the crew needed to operate it. so they had to make every shot count so time to get up close and personal.

  • Good movie, I've watched it several times. But I just shake my head at the guy who came up with the idea that dropping the anchor while at flank speed would work. The chain would have snapped like a thread.
