  • I really enjoy your videos, no music, no dramatics, just fishing. I am looking at getting a kayak and was trying to find a good channel to follow to get tips, I’m glad I found yours! Keep up the great work!

    • It's money thing to scream about a 10lber or teener but screaming over half oiynders while yelling "let's go" isn't my thing either. I fish for fun and relaxation. I wanna watch a man fish for fun and relaxing. My favorite channel. Was tactical bassin but they mostly do ads these days. I loved watching them fish.

  • I cannot stop gawking at how beautiful the setting is for this video. It’s like you are floating in a beautiful painting, like you are part of the most exquisite photo of a sunrise. I know the duck hunters appreciate you being careful too. They were sitting in their windless blind looking at their lifeless decoy spread hoping that NDYak dude would drop an excellent video to pass the time.

  • one of the many things I like about his videos is that you can have a successful day's fishing with only one rod/reel setup. Enjoy how he decides what to use and then goes at it. Does not clutter the kayak with half dozen rods and a couple of tackle boxes

Lakes & Rivers & Creeks all holding fish . I had withdrawals coming back to the crummy fishery here & someday i will go back as it is as cool as all Matts vids.& quality fish pretty much everywhere you put you boat or Kayak in. Even off the bank you will have fun.

    • I might have to try that! Both times I’ve been out there I’ve lost a handful of jigs but there are a few spots where I know it’s pikey and it’s a risk vs reward venture because I’ve caught some big smallies at those spots too. I kind of want to go out there and target pike before ice up though, maybe run a spinnerbait over some of the weed beds left. There’s always a chance at a muskie there too!

  • Saturday morning, a fresh cup of espresso and NDYakAngler is always the best way to start my day. Never stop keeping these videos coming. Question though. Do you ever opt to keep a couple Smallies now and then to eat? I love my large mouth bass as they make great fish tacos and ceviche. I know a lot of fisherman prefer to put them back to keep the population strong. Nothing wrong with that.

    @HelloMoto1991@HelloMoto19916 ай бұрын
    • Matt does on occasion keep a few to eat especially when he's ice fishing for Crappies . 90% of the time he does practice any good fishermans code to catch film & release these precious resources. Helps to live in the best fishery in the country as he proves every time he goes out.

    • @@paullevine1813 crappies are damn good eating. Pan fish in general are. Jack Perch also are among my favorites. Unfortunately I like in SoCal now so perch are not available in any of the places I fish. When I go back home to Upstate New York in the fall I get those.
