    • Im not sure but as far as i heard, they cover the jacket to keep the drum warm inside. While the winter of korea is freezing cold, that jacket help to keep the temperature

  • I drove a mixer for 20 yrs in state of Indiana for a big company named IMI and I’ve seen it all until this. That is a huge ready mix company there. No outside storage or a loader shown. Just dump trucks filling underground bins that feed the plant. Continuous mixing. And if I was betting. There’s more than 1 plant mixing Crete. They just filmed 1 only.

    • 뚜껑은 없습니다. 단, 우천 시에 빗물 유입되는걸 막기 위해 덮개를 씌워서 이동합니다

  • 레미콘 회사마다 배합 기준이 달라서.. 품질 경쟁을 하다보니 이런건 회사내 보안이 있을수밖에 없는데 골재를 야적해놓지 않고 그때그때 받아쓰는것도 의외네요. 석분을 안쓰는것만 보아도 이집은 합격이네요.

    • 요즘은 환경 및 품질문제로 골재를 야외에 야적하지않고 실내사이로에 보관하고 엘레베이터로 계량된뒤 컨베이어벨트를 통해 믹서로 이동되는식으로 플랜트를 설계합니다~!

    • 보관하는게 기본입니다.. 큰 회사일수록 야적 하는게 당연하고요 시멘트의 경우 3일치(야외가 아닌 당연 사일로), 골재는 1일치 보관합니다, 한번 출하할때마다 골재받아오랴 시멘트 공급받느랴 그게 안됩니다 저장해둬야합니다

    • There are many variables (moisture content, stone size, type of cement, binders, etc.), so not quite so easy. It has to be correct for the job or it will get rejected.

  • Это вы ещё производство асфальта не видели. Почти тоже самое, но вместо воды горячий битум, да и материал сначала греется в барабане огромным факелом. Короче, ещё сложнее и интереснее

  • 🤔🤔..למה ממלאים למיקסר בטון מוכן ונוזלי כבר עם מים ??? עדיף להכניס את התערובת יבשה למיקסר,בתוספת מים לפי מידה,והמיקסר יערבב לבטון מוכן.🌺🌺💖💖💖🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱👍👍👍...כך כול המערכת תהיה ללא בטון שמתייבש בכול המכונה ובלוע של המיקסר

  • 콘크리트는, 물, 모래, 시멘트, 석탄재, 고로슬래그등 섞음! 콘크리트경화는 몇년에 걸쳐 서서히 일어남! 신축이란 말은 아직 굳고있는 콘크리트속에. 페기물이 실내공기오염을 충분히 일으키고 있는데 다들 그냥 모른척 할뿐ㅋ

  • Never seen it pre mixed before it goes into the mixer wagon, it’s usually loaded with sand, gravel, cement & water then mixed in the drum

    • Wet batched concrete is of a far better and more consistent quality than dry batched many construction contractors here in the UK insist wet batched concrete for their projects

    • @@jamesfordjhfcontractingltd1627 Hi James, I'm in the SE area our two local Hanson plants are wet batch, Cemex at Northfleet is wet batch as is Crawley plant, but they sold their plants in the Kent area to the Gallagher group who have wet batch plants! btw when I worked for RMC, Fulham was wet batch that was 50 plus years ago

    • 시멘트 원가절감으로 다른 혼합재료 들어갑니다..물에 혼화제 섞어서 사용하구요.. 3일 7일 28일 강도가 안나오니 혼화제를 좋은거 쓰는곳도 있습니다..

  • its great they test it, but does the job site know the results before they start pouring so if a bad batch they can reject it?

    • The computer calculates the mix based on a unique number of quality. If there is no error in the machine, the combination cannot be wrong. That's why it's better to check the machine frequently
