    • Kris Vickers not even 😂. I knew how to do all of these tricks fast and slow backwards as well just in a day or 2. And I don't even have a speed rope just a basic rope. And I listing to music while doing and so I don't have to listen the click on the jump rope. And if you don't believe just do about one hour a day doing jump rope while doing tricks.

  • Great tip on just getting into a rhythm. I finally bought a weighted rope today to add to my workout routine. Never jumped rope before today and the few times I did back in my kid days I was AWFUL lol. But definitely am committed to learning this and getting better. So again thanks for the tips. All about the rhythm.

  • Super helpful! I just started rope jumping and I figured I might as well get the basics right from the get-go instead of trying to reinvent the wheel myself. That skipping thing where you just shift from one foot to the other, I'm still having trouble figuring that out because my timing is off, but practice makes perfect haha. Anyway, thanks a lot. I hope to be as good as you are at this one day.

    @billcrab5977@billcrab59779 жыл бұрын
    • Yoobin Lee, get a plastic segmented rope for concrete and you can even take the segments off and put them on a speed rope so now you have plastic segments on a speed rope you can use on concrete that will last.
