    • @@Kazserah I would not call it best, or any good. Open matte of terminator 2 is hybrid of 4:3 and 2:35:1 versions, which has terrible artifacts in corners. I prefer "Unofficial remaster" Sourced from Japaneese blu-ray, and color corrected. If you want smoother image with no grain you can also pick 2017 blu ray.

      @user-zd2kl9yg4v@user-zd2kl9yg4v4 жыл бұрын
    • @@KazserahYes, its probably that one. It also exists as Special edition, and theatrical cut. The "open matte" (actually hybrid) is actually not even 720p, its mix of blu-ray for most part, and 576p dvd for top and bottom. If it was mixed at any higher resolution, you would see how they do not fit very well. If you want to see more at top and bottom you can just pick that fullscreen dvd instead of fanmade atrocity.

  • I have to admit, the time travel ball effect in this movie still holds up to this day after 19 years. Compared to every other Terminator movie after 4, this one still modernises the sphere from the first two movies better than Terminator Genisys and Dark Fate. Dark Fate does come in close but with 3, it has this nice glassy effect.

  • The T850s theme, whenever he makes an entrance is menacing and grimy sounding, whereas the TX's, especially torwards the second half of the movie is serial killerish sounding with haunting vocals.

      @Tom21369@Tom213694 жыл бұрын
    • @Maori Boy It's an upgrated version of T-800. There's a few differences. The skin of T-850 peels away more easily and is more regenerative. Also T-850 has a more durable endoskeleton. It is more resistant to plasma weaponry(That's why he survived a plasma shot from T-X. T-800 wouldn't survive it) But the biggest difference is the use of two hydrogen fuel cells. This replaces the compact nuclear energy iridium power cell that was used by the T-800 models.
