    • You made this? Holy shit dude, nice job! I've recorded only a dozen songs with a band and I gotta wonder how it feels like having something you made up from scratch reach 3.4 million people. That tells me that there's something there, something that speaks to people. Now I don't know anything about anything but to me it seems like you're on the right path, doing what you're supposed to be doing with your life. Keep up the great work man, I wish you the best!

Free of responsibilities , free of taxes, free of paying bills and free of trying to survive in a world I understand less and less as I grow older. Thank you for making this video and promoting artists that give to the world for free. A big hug my random internet creator-friend. May you keep making music like this forever.

  • I was born in the late 60ies. Too young to fully enjoy the 70ies. But what I remember of the 70ies is very nice. Kind of colorful, peaceful, warm. Then, in the 80ies, I 'woke up', was a teenager. Puberty, parties, girls, finished high school successfully with a diploma, started studies at University, etc. And of course the music of the decade. Unforgettable. I felt so free at that time. No responsibility, no worries, no fears. How much that has changed...

When the 90s came after Reagan left, I knew it would ALL be downhill from there, and I was right. As if it needed validation, along came a certain man and promised to make it great again, which we were witnessing started happening. Before it really started getting good and he was coming up for reelection, I told people enjoy him while you can, because when he leaves office it's all just going to go back to pot. What happened? It all went back to pot. I have enough perspective to tell you yes, the 80s were all that and A LOT has gone down hill since.

  • As someone from the 80's, I'd like to comment on the grainy/glitchy effect that is so often added to videos and images representing the 80's. I can tell you that back then, our TV shows were absolutely sharp, clear, and free from defects when watching them on TV. Of course, if you recorded them on VHS, then it would be a bit blurrier when playing them back, but it still wouldn't look anything close to the effects people are using today unless there was something seriously wrong with the tracking on the VCR. Anyway, my point is, I just wanted you kiddos to know our shit was sharp and on point.

  • The enigmatic allure of the 80s era resides in its timeless essence, forever casting itself as a beacon of the future. Its vibrant aesthetics, revolutionary technologies, and groundbreaking cultural shifts continue to inspire and shape our vision of what's to come. There's a magnetic quality to the 80s that propels it beyond mere nostalgia-it's a reservoir of creativity and innovation that eternally influences our imagination of what the future holds. Its spirit remains an ever-evolving guide, a testament to the timelessness of its futuristic vision.

  • Watched this series twice from the start. Still watch some random episodes from time to time. Has to be my all-time favorite fictional television series ever. Had the DVD set, met the actor, Edward James Olmos, who played Lt. Martin Castillo in Germany and many other fun stuff! I wasn't born in time to explore the 1980s (born in 1993), but I still vibe out to this kind of stuff! Long live Miami Vice! Greetings to all from Finland.

    • As a millennial, I feel that your generation is picking up the 80's fashion and behavior: the shorts are shorter (and high-waisted for the females) the hairstyle longer, as well as social media and A.I. combined! It's a repeated history that my parents' generation started, and now Gen Z, and Millennial has picked up. It's nice to have this 80's era trend back.

    • @@allanmarshall7470 I can't tell you how refreshing and hopeful it is to see guys and girls wearing clothes that actually fit properly again. I thought the 90s and 00s was going to be a point of no return. At its height guys were wearing saggy dresses around their waists with baggy shirts that served as thick curtains just hanging over that, and girls were wearing "hip huggers" that ruined their figures, with tramp stamps just above that. Gen Z has brought me hope again.

We were told if something happened we’d get about 25 minutes warning. I’d sit in horticulture and and wonder what I’d do with those 25 minutes. Finally the red headed girl in front of me and I figured out what we’d do. You know what we came up with.
