It check all the boxes for me with a perfect balance of performance imo. It is a lot of car for the money, assuming you don't pay ridiculous ADM. Terrible MPG's is probably the only downside, but its all about smiles per gallon of course :)

    • Theres a reason most high performance and luxury performance only use automatics. 1. the computer knows better than the human 100% of the time for optimal power and torque 2. the computer knows how to save gas 3. The computer is simply just faster than what your feet and hands can do. The time it takes for you to manually clutch and double clutch vs a computer......

    • I think the biggest mistake they make is attaching the paddle shifters to the steering wheel instead of the back dash zone. I have driven cars with both options the cars with paddles fixed on dash are much better for gear changes especially through corners

    • @@powderskier5547 yes I agree

      @kingjay8212@kingjay82122 жыл бұрын
    • @@powderskier5547 makes no sense that putting paddles independent of the steering wheel would help with shifting during turns…..you want the paddles to be right next to your hand on the steering wheel at all times when turning. Having them on the dash instead would make it literally impossible to shift gears when say the wheel is 90° to the left or right.

The power is stupid fun but not scary and I thought it handled better than a C8 Stingray (which surprised me.) • Simply Awesome! I’ve had my eye on the car for a bit and I have a question? Is the $18k package just carbon fiber wheels, add-ons to make it lighter? Have you driven the model without the $18K upgrade? If so, was there a difference? Thank you

    @greghudson8263@greghudson82632 жыл бұрын
    • I think the package gives u the wheels, the wing, rear seat delete, carbon fiber In the interior

      @willkaufman8208@willkaufman82082 жыл бұрын
    • the main point of the carbon fiber wheels wasn’t weight reduction, it was because the massive brakes were generating too much heat thus damaging the regular wheels. The upgrade isn’t worth it unless your taking it to the track. You don’t notice a difference in day to day driving

  • I was at a stoplight next to a GT500 one time. The car had pulled out of a Ford dealership. I was on a CBR 600 at the time. For some reason the guy thought his car could beat a motorcycle. Why don’t people understand while cars are a blast you can never beat the power to weight ratio of a bike. He floored the Mustang and I ran my first, and second gear to redline. He wouldn’t look at me when we both stopped at the next light. But his girl in the passenger seat did.

  • Why did it seem so unstable at speed on those onramps? 15:43 I don't see that shakiness in a lot of other cars...is the driver just really approaching the limits more than drivers do in other cars? Poor road quality? Guessing the suspension is on a racetrack mode and too stiff for the road conditions? Either way cool vehicle...what a sound.
