I used his old vid for that process, just make sure you got a decent adblock when browsing sites/pasting sites. If it tells you to purchase anything, simply do an equivalent of a "no thanks/no/skip." It may also just be down like just like scripthook was a while ago. Try again and if nothing works, check back another day.

It never fails with your instructional videos. I love your energy but every single time at least two things aren't what they're supposed to be when following your directions lol. I have no idea why but my mods folder was empty and after doing what you said to copy to the mods folder it still wasn't like yours. Lol. I actually uninstalled everything and re-installed then went through the video again and it was the same.

for everyone who also had trouble with the mods folder: close openiv, open your file explorer app, go to your gta v folder, copy (don’t drag) the update file into your mods folder, reopen openiv and it should be there! if it’s not then i’m not sure sorry 😭

@@xTheTryZe Good sleep _is_ important. It helps the greys capture you and do their anal probes much more easily. No one wants a botched, lubeless anal probe am I right?! Especially when it's Bigfoot doing it. I also wish you a restful night! But don't use a "memory" foam mattress. The clue is in the name "memory." When you get to REM sleep "they" suck out all of your memories including your user names and passwords. This is how my girlfriend was erroneously busted on Tinder by hooking up with dozens of random dudes. She told me about this and how she was framed and I totally believe her. She just needed my credit card to hire a non-lizard lawyer to defend her. Which is extremally expensive. Seems legit.

Thanks! But by following this guide your Mod-folder should be empty. In your guide from 2022 you showed how to copy the update folder into mod folder :) I think you forgot that important part in this guide. Right?

8:05 My mods folder is empty in OpenIV. I followed the steps as you did them. What did I miss? With the help of Day Clayton I found out how to fix this: Go to the *directory* _update_ in your _Grand Theft Auto V_ program folder. In the that _update_ folder copy the _update.rpf_ file to the _Grand Theft Auto V/mods_ folder.
OpenIV does that for you
@@V3ryH1gh First off, thank you _SO_ much for your videos. I subbed after this one. Unfortunately OpenIV doesn't do that for you automatically (unless there's something I missed, which very likely). I had to copy the update.rpf from the update folder to the mods folder. Again, thanks for all the great videos!

Look for the off-line version check out one of my videos for the update on that or join the five mods discord. They have a pinned in their general chat

Your mods folder is a copy of your original game files- delete the update.rpf in mods folder - go to update.rpf in blue update folder in OpenIV- hit edit mode and it will ask to copy to your mods folder

IF U PLAY LSPDFR menyoo can cause it to crash. i like menyoo a whole lot its honestly the best trainer but its lack of updates kind of renders it unstable at time.

I think you have ti change smth in the device settings cuz it's not working for me one way or the other. It just messed up my game. I can't even play online cuz of the mess up

Great video on your part. However... As of July 9th 2023 it appears the connection to the server that openIV is on is physically down/damaged. Removing the secure tag from the URL does nothing, and my search efforts are only finding archived results no live connections. Thanks Putin

Go to the orijgnal directory , enable edit mode- soon as your enter the rpf it will prompt you to copy
You can find an offline installation of OpenIV. My issue with the video is most of these mods are outdated.

Has anyone actually managed to finish the story with a fully modded game (full cars replace, most of franklins clothes, gore mod, weapons mods, sounds, graphics, scripts)? I've been modding games basically all my life but i could never mod this game without crashes, this tutorial haven't shown me any new information and i still crash the game all the time. In the story it starts constantly crashing when you go find lester for the first time, when you switch to michael, and other random crashes at any point.

did u install openIV asi loader? simple trainer is a .asi file which should go in your main gta v folder along with scripthookv make sure you have asi loader installed with open iv Make sure scripthookv is in main gta directory make sure simple trainer files are also in main directory thats all it takes
this may be out of date due to the fact openiv looks like its been takin down or the servers been down a full 3 weeks straight.
