  • LEX! I just had an idea. You should bring back the custom combined cars like you used to. Because now you can hide the wheels way better since you can edit track width etc.

  • i know three years later but thx lex! i was looking for a good tutorial for downloading mods but i had a problem with each i found them a bit scary! but I already know your channel well and so I bought GTA5 for PC and wanted mods but like me I thought it was quite scary!   • I'm new to GTA V mods and have been watching plenty of how to videos and in every case, there is a different method, but this video seems to be the easiest way of doing things. With that said, I would like clarification on one thing: Regardless of whatever mods I use, for example, NaturalVison Remastered, Meenyo, etc....I would be all of these and more into the mods folder?   • That was the simplest, easiest, and most accurate video I've found to date on how to install GTA 5 add on mods. Everyone else has some CRAZY method involving 15 things and it's 5 hours long. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

  • I was replacing the cars whiles using an older patchday folder and sometimes the replaced cars didn't render until I got real close as I was running lspdfr.

    • The save is so worth it! I highly suggest getting into Bethesda games because modding on there is much easier and you can spend many more hours exploring the open world created by pure geniuses. if you do get into Bethesda modding I would use a tool called Mod Organizer

    • I was big on Xbox. Played GTA, Fallout 4, etc. Switching to PC was well worth it. Games are much cheaper, they run better, and best of all... MODS! Keep saving, it'll be well worth it.

  • I’ve been so paranoid with modding, I’m ordering my pc this weekend most likely and I’ve never modded, I’ve heard gta is hard but it doesn’t look too bad. I’m just mainly worried about corrupting files like an idiot 😂

  • well here's the thing when ever I install the the things in asi manager the game launches but crashes without any errors, and when i uninstall the things in asi manager it works perfectly i think its an issue with my open iv and i really liked your video and gave u a sub.

    • search gta v mods. Click on first link. Type in menyoo in the website search bar. Download and copy into gta folder.

    • Use Menyoo or the Add-On Vehicle Spawner. Instructions with those mods are very simple, you just put the files in the main GTA 5 folder :)

  • This video is fantastic, very informative and goes through all steps thoroughly, I was previously using the method where you export the dlc list and edit it then save it back in to OPENIV, and I followed a video which advised against using gameconfigs which resulted in the game being a bit temperamental. Also had no idea how to install replacement mods, I don’t think I’m going to have any problems after watching this, seems so much easier and cleaner.

  • I know its been quit some time since you uploaded this video, I am new to using gta v on pc mainly switching to pc for the mods, I play other games between xbox and pc most of which use mods on pc and only one that has mods on xbox (farming simulator series). ive followed your steps while watching your video which I presume I got it down to a t with what you showed, and I assume I added the other files needed to run mods but I ran into a infinite loading screen when I went to test my first loaded mod, I do believe the problem stems from one of the other files needed to run mods, since I am a newb to this very extensive process just to get to be able to use mods any help and guidance would help to make sure I have everything in place. thank you.

  • ok so i just bought gta 5 from steam as i recently bought a "gaming pc" (so i was told) and i started gta 5 and it said "my computer does not meet the recommended core CPU specification. The game may have trouble running if i proceed" so as i really wanted to mod i proceed. the game runs ok it just has trouble loading the map. So my question to you is should i still download the Vanilla Works extended mod with all the cars or just the other thing you mentioned? Im new to modding gta but have been modding LFS for years

  • I don't know if you've done anything like this, but I'm entirely new to this thing. Can you show how to install a trainer? I've never messed with mods before. I have used things like WinRar and what not, but idk how to actually put the Menyoo Trainer thing into the game.

  • great video. but the tesla model s sadly isn't working for me. i was able to install an audi rs7 tho so i guess it's just the tesla mod that doesn't work (anymore).

  • i added a hd player mod to gta 4and its in the bottom as a RPF. it says playerped.rpf file. is this where its supposed to be? im asking because i cant tell now if the player changed now lol. im also using reshade too but i took all effects off and still cant tell. open 4 never says anything and you kinda just gotta start the game.

  • hi! just followed the channel bc the guide is beautifully done. i Wanted to ask for an issue, i have done evrything in the guide, added the string in dlclist.xml but, when i open menyoo and i put the car name (pts21 in this case bc i wanted to try with a different car) and it says ERROR: invalid model. i've tried to fix it by following many videos on youtube but i can't find the solution, is there a way to securely fix it? tysm
