The Middle Fork of Rock Creek is the largest of the 5 main tributaries forming the headwaters of Rock Creek. It flows for 25 miles and much of its water is shallow and easily fished for rainbow and cutthroat trout and the occasional whitefish. The lower portion of the stream runs thru private land but may still be accessed by bridge crossings. The upper section runs thru national forest land and there is a campground near by.
