Hi could you consider doing a video on the season of Servette FC (also Swiss league). They are doing an exceptional season. So far, 1 point behind the leader in the league, semi final of cup and round of 16 of conference league. With a team worth only 25 millions, they manage to eliminate Genk (100+ millions value), compete equally with Rangers (100+ value) and drew against AS Roma but they had also some problems with new players that cannot play due to administrative issues and it would be great to summaries it in a video.

It’s been a strange season for some of the ‘bigger’ teams in Europe this season. Basel, Ajax and Lyon have all had similar seasons, almost flirting with relegation before steadying the ship more recently and slowly climbing
I'm glad to see that Thierno Barry is finding his confidance from last season again and starts to score regulary (SK Beveren - Fan)
as someone from Basel, great video! really loved it.
Thank you very much! Really loved Basel :)
The stories are always compelling and your sense of humour never fails to crack me up. You're a gem, looking forward to the next installment.
I'm from Basel. Never thought you'd make a video about my club =)
You are fantastic 👍👍👍 better than 99% men in the industry 👍👍👍
Absolutely brilliant. Your expression outside the Kuntmuseum was just priceless. Humour at its very best x
The Nintendo DS analogy 😂🎉 Gr8 start to a gr8 vid.
Love your sense of humour! Great informative video. Excellent
Querky, informative, entertaining and about footy, keep going Stunt pegg.
Fantastic video, really enjoyed your humour interspersed with the reporting of FC Basel’s history and current state.
Love your work and style nieve, gets better and better👍⚽🏐
So awesome! St Jakob park is a cool venue, I’ve caught a few matches there and loved my time at every one! Now head up the road from Basel and come to the VfB Stuttgart home game next week!
great videos greatings from Basel ❤
Nieve you are the best in the business at this KZhead scene I adore each video thank you for making them and please continue to do so
Great Video! Maybe The best supporters i Had The pleasure to hear!
Great video again, filled with history and humour, if you ever go to Switzerland again, may I suggest Montreux?, It’s not a football place, but it’s a music place (sod that, it’s a music pilgrimage), and a very quiet, calming place, also very touching tribute to Steve Wright at the back 👍.
I loved to see you getting a bit emotional in the end :) Greetings
Lovely feed once again! Bolton's finest!
I've just stumbled upon your channel (Amen to KZhead recommends) Have binged watched a bit to be honest. Loving the cheeky humour, historical insights and the vast array of clubs covered throughout our beloved continent of Europe. Extra Props to your wonderfully eclectic musical taste. You may be called Nieve but you certainly aren't naive and don't worry, you could never be a wet wipe even if you tried (don't try)
Really nice touch with the Steve Wright message! RIP
I had to stop what I was doing every few minutes listening to Steve Wright so I could add all the tunes to my playlist. So sad isn’t it. RIP
Wolves Fan here, FC Basel have a nice looking stadium. I have relatives there. Beautiful City and country.
Ace video yet again! Easy watch, one of the best to do it 🙌🏻
a lot of football stadions have a ton of unused space under the seating and such. that's where they built the shopping center in, basically tze bern stadion has a nightclub and some stores, too
I didnt know anything about "football" but your presentation is so entertaining its fun to watch. ❤
That was yet another brilliant video cheers for that keep up the superb quirky content it's top class.
Please go back to Norway when the serie starts again in April and watch a Brann match here in Bergen!
Great Video! The Domino's joke was fire
that was my favorite intro lol
Pegg, you are brilliant as ever! ❤
Another masterpiece! Love your videos!
Another fantastic video! brilliant as always
Stadiums and shopping centres combined, feel like home service for Nieve. Middlebrook experience on away days.
I always visit the local Kunstmuseum when I go to Germany or Switzerland. Honestly
Switzerland is all like that. Servette geneva stadium is connected to a shopping centre and the lets whack a soviet looking office block next to a wooden chalet aesthetic is everywhere too.
Brilliant film making. Thank you.
I did not expect you to stop by my home country!
FC Barcelona were formed in 1899 by Joan Gamper (who had played for FC Basel) and Frederick Whitty who had gone to school at Merchant Taylor's School, Crosby in Liverpool. Both Basel's soccer shirts and Merchant Taylor's rugby shirts were blue and maroon. They agreed that Barcelona's colours (Blaugrana) would mirror these kits. Nothing to do with the video, Nieve, I just love useless information.
Yu do a great job it doesn't matter wot others sa girl i always watch your videos keep it up
Learnt so much thank you for sharing your story experience 🌟😊
Also home to an annual international watch fair! Great video! And yes, there are some German originated words that have a slightly different meaning from what they sound like spoken!
I love your channel I love your humor to this video and love your content it's an insight to football locally and globally so keep bringing the videos in I love how you started the video making out it was Roger Federers fault they demised downhill then you went comically NO made me chuckle uncontrollably lol
Thanks for covering FCB. Their downfall has been quite dramatic, I've followed them for years.
The humour itself would be enough to make me watch these videos. The football part is just a bonus
Your delivery reminds me of Philomena Cunk (a compliment)… Really enjoyed this :)
the domino's joke was worth the price of admission lol
Well you just won another subscriber, ur content is great👍
Haha, in the thumbnail Nieve has completely master the disappointed wife look 🤣💯🏆
Wow another amazing video Nieve keep up the great work
Thank you!
@@stuntpeggnieve your more than welcome Nieve really enjoy your videos
i adore your commentary youre so entretaining
Imagine if FC Basel still had Mo Salah, bet you didn't know he was ever there
Most football fans know this from his CL exploits.
Mo Salah is a household name. Most people probably know that he played at FC Basel, the second best FCB after FC Bayern
@@dlmperplex337Watch out, the Barcelona fans are going to come after you
he scored against chelsea@@Cerfpve
Spurs fans know, he knocked us out the Europa
I had to re-watch the 3:42 minute mark again a few times, in order to convince myself that it wasn't a younger Bjork doing this video, and that it was actually our favourite female football reporter, Nieve aka StuntPegg....... :D (G'day from Australia! - Feel free to head down here and do a tour of our A-League & NPL infrastructure, if you haven't already! Gosford's waiting for you!)
I dont want to be too forward or personal since we dont even know each other well, but I must deeply compliment you on your ability to speak English despite growing up in England.
Thank you for your Work about FC Basel. We appreciate it that.
Hopefully you or your management is in contact with the J1 League b/c I’d love to see you in Japan and cover some J1 League or just Japanese football clubs there (J1, J2, and/or any of the lower clubs) in 2024. I think you’d have a blast covering football in Japan. Also, hope you get even bigger to travel to North America and cover the 2026 World Cup and/or the football clubs here.
There have been a few international channels trying to make sense of our downfall in the past few weeks and months. This video is the most brilliant of the bunch. By far.
Thank you very much, really appreciate you taking the time to comment this.
Much love and luck from a Basel fannnnnnnn
I'm so glad to see you again. With many big clubs is not going well. With Baern Munich, Ajax is not going well and with Basel too.
I’ve been to the Kuntsmuseum Basel, it’s very dark
To be blatantly honest, I had completely forgotten all about FC Basel. Maybe I thought they hung up their boots when Alexander Frei did. You're a football detective now!! :D
Genuinely one of my favourite creators
If you had stayed a week you would have seen the Karneval floats and procession with people in costume. Those big heads are Waggis.
I'll never forget our match against Basel. It was the last stage of the UECL qualifiers, and we saw the second match of it, in our arena. My team worked hard but lost out on penalties. We still have necer played in any European competition (apart from qualifiers)
