Hello EasyTechGeek: I just ran your procedure step by step and it shows that the system is clean. However, my problem is that my Bluetooth ON button disappeared. I cannot see it in the Device Manager until I hit 'View' and 'show hidden files' then it is there but it does not do anything. I have updated the Intel driver but to no avail. my computer is desktop HP and I am running Windows 10. Can you please help? I have watched and tried several videos but nothing seems to turn the bluetooth ON.

I had an error that kept popping up and I did not know how to get rid of it I tried other peoples ways and it didn’t work for me and I did all you said and it’s gone now so I’m very happy!!! Only thing now is my computer is still a little slow it’s a windows 10… anyway I can make it be faster??? I already deleted unused apps and disabled things I’m not using and adjusted settings to best performance etc.. Thank you 😊 again that was very easy!

Heyy (plz reply) like 3 weeks ago...While I was minecraft...a dialogue box popped saying 73js or something and there was more letters to it and I closed it and it popped up again then I closed it again Now I'm sacred if it's some kind of virus...will this trick remove ANY virus on ur pc(plz be honest)

Hi, I have a problem. I have a laptop running Windows 10 and I contracted a 0byte virus and I tried looking for Syswin.exe in my task manager but it's not there. I tried finding it using find next in my registry also nothing. I ran several anti-viruses, malware removers, I even did it restore it bought back some things but not everything, I also ran Tron nothing seems to be working. Please if anybody has a suggestion on how to retrieve folder documents, photos, and videos from 0 byte virus I'd greatly appreciate any help I can get. Thank you

Make sure windows is up to date with all updates.. Not required any external ones.

There is already an anti virus installed in windows 10. It is called Windows Defender. It is actually very good. Most users dont need to install any 3rd party anti virus anymore.
Thanks I'm pretty sure this worked but do we have to Uninstaller the program after I would like to keep it for further uses in the future incase of another incident like this
You can keep it the reason i ask to uninstall because it's a trial version and after 15 days or so it asks to go for premium protection. 👍

1 problem. Malwarebytes can't find any virus but my Windows defender can. I know that I have virus, (VirTool) cause when I startup the machine, it slowly generates icons etc... (Sadly, the virus blocks Windows Defender when it tries to delete virus. Any help?

Run system in safe mode with networking and then scan with hitman pro malware removal tool. no worries it will be fixed.

If it says file cannot be found that means it has got deleted now... You can run sfc scan to repair windows now also create a new user account

In last step when we run inetcpl.cpl command and go to advance option then my computer shows only restore advacne setting ... it is not showing like you are reset all internet setting , it is only showing restore advance settings
I did everything you said and used malwarebytes, then it told me to restart. My laptop crashed during restart since the dots were frozen and my mouse was frozen and then my keyboard wasn't working light wise. So I forced it to shutdown with the power button. Now my PC's not showing any screen and is stuck on bootup with just the keyboard lighting after every boot. Would it be possible if you could help out please
Try the same in safe mode with networking and create a new user account and then try scanning. 👍

Hi man, I have a problem My C drive is filling up on its own so I downloaded Malwarebytes to check if there was a virus. Program didnt work but also it doesnt want to uninstall! I tried via settings it was "uninstalling" but this process was freezing all the time. I tried via Control panel but there was an error while uninstalling. And this is happening all the time! What should I do? PS: my standard antivirus is free Avast. Btw problem with c drive didnt end. Would completely new installation of windows help?
You can use revo Uninstaller... But something isn't right in the computer. If possible do a clean windows install

Those can be tracking cookies which is hardly harmful. If you arr not getting popups and no unusual activity then you are good. No need to worry

You can delete and clean quarantine and then Uninstall...
