Perfect example in Andrie dieu, he works with light weight so you can see his upper body development. Heavy is not always better. In light weight you can also make mind muscle connections.

All I know that slow reps helps us to build more tension and better mind muscle connection, and often leads to quick mental fatigue, I don't do it most of the times but my reps are not much fast, it's moderate pace and slow,, and it depends on my exercise requirements. Correct me bro, if I am wrong

Light weight+ constant tension is done to get the pump( a lot of blood flow in that area). This is done to get the steroid rich blood in the muscle for more growth. The same strategy is not applicable for naturals.

I do that very often. I cannot complete 3 pull-ups but whenever I go up, I make sure I take at least 12-15 seconds to come down. That might not be the best idea, but at least it trains my shoulders hard. Same thing during chest, tri-biceps workouts too. I have no idea how to do this with my legs as my knees are extremely weak. Any suggestions for me? Don't go with food, as I can cook so I know what I eat.

Yes it is good to introduce a novelty in workouts after a month or so. You can play with rep ranges yes, change intensity especially when you've introduced another change like rep range, you dont need to go full intensity for first/second week. Then there's tempo of course you can play with. Also exercises can be changed for time to time. And advanced training techniques like supersets, dropsets can also be periodically used. so there's a lot to play with.
