Were you able to get an excellent connection at all times? I’ve fiddled around with it a lot. Updates and different ports and never get better then Good. It seems to work well but I’m concerned it’s potentially not at its best.
That’s strange… i usually keep my dongle in front of the mousepad and it always shows excellent. Is everything on the latest firmware? Otherwise i think you got a bad copy or do you have a lot of other devices using 2.4ghz (like wifi printers, speakers etc.) these could potentially also interfere with the transmission of your dongle. Finalmouse support usually answers stuff like this very quickly and often offer a replacement!:)
