You are spot on when it comes to how Americans react to biased gaming. My clan lost almost all of its members about 3 years ago. We went from a full active clan but are down to only 8 active members now, with some people still on the roster not playing for more than a year now. Myself, I primarily play arty now and shit on the OP tanks and high rated players.

I wish WG stopped ruining their own game with their challenged decisions. "Rebalancing" (nerfing) tanks is a bizarre and questionable practice and it rarely brings positive changes. We New Zealanders fight on even with our 200+ ping, we brush off the comments suggesting we move to the Asian sever... NA is where we will stay. As a citizen of the U.S. I love American tanks, but I don't play them in this game because every U.S tank has a stack of pizza boxes that wargaming calls a view port that also act as a weak point that every tier 2 tank can pen with HE (kind of exaggerating, but not really).

Hey Claus - Yup, full Yankee here. Born in and have spent my entire life in one or another of the original 13 colonies/commonwealths all north of the Mason/Dixon line. Good rant today, and for me, Nope, Nope, and Nope to ever grinding again, especially as WG pushes premium tanks into Tier IX/X. I'm no longer willing to put all my player time and energy into something WG will simply snatch away whenever they feel like reaffirming the Russian bias.

As an Egyptian watching you from the UK :) the centurion battle you mentioned was in the 6th October war in 1973 between Egypt and Israel and the Egyptians were using Russian weapons, but anyway, we still won the war and destroyed the Bar Lev line and regained our lands, Sinai the peninsula :)

It was more than just nerfing the E5. I even asked in chat during my 32 battle in a row at bottom tier "Ever wonder why WOT can't get more than 14k people on?" and some friggin chump replies in chat, "It's because of server stability issues." LOL. I'm old enough to remember when you'd see 25k on a Tuesday night on the east coast server and 6 to 10k on the west coast server. No, it's because 1. WG lies. They lie even when it's not necessary to lie. If WG says water is wet, you'd be a fool not to verify it yourself. 2. They run a dishonest game. XVM shows that YES they do stack teams. It's no coincidence that you wind up spawning on the shit side of a map, on a tomato team and have bad rng throughout the match. Rigged RNG. You get a + or a - floating on you. Say you shoot at a tank and on a 6-sided die you need to roll a 4 to even hit it. you roll a 5 but are floating a -2 on your RNG so that's a three, you miss from 2 feet away while fully aimed. Same situation, for pen and damage. 3. Blatantly pay to win. These three reasons are why WG, at the height of WOT's "popularity" in NA... a population of over 300 MILLION people couldn't muster more than 35k active players out of a population of 10s of millions of gamers. THEN the nerfs factor in. They nerfed gun depression on the US heavy line. citing "Historical Accuracy". They nerf and/or model German guns wrong... if you all remember how awful the short 88mm was. Then they proceed to populate the tech tree with a shit ton of magical fantasy tanks. This is what cause HALF of the people that played to drop the game. People could play War Thunder instead and get a much more fair game. All of that crap might fly in third world shitholes like... say, France, for example, but people in NA don't play that. I took over a year off and come back to 2 new maps and a bunch of changes to shitty old maps that made them even shittier for TDs, LTs and SPGs. WG is a dishonest, greedy lazy company, and that's why they could only get a toe dipped in the water of NA. Shit, there's not even a forum for the NA server anymore.

I took Quickybaby's advice early on to go up the Russian Med lines. Was good advice! Ironically did the Italian mediums and had the Progetto tricked out was fantastic way better than the Russian mediums. 2 months later the NefHammer arrived. British TD line to the Shitbarn...played it for 6 months and sold it back...the only Tier 10 I have ever sold. Whay Tier 10s have you sold?

They could easily fix the game. - remove Autolock so zippety do dah has to aim his shots and everyone else but zoom zoom tanks cured. - remove RNG and replace with HONEST physics. This amount of armor reacts to this amount of penitration period. - and if they want some chance added make the shots arc to the target so players have to use a patched in rangefinder abd learn how to make real shots. If WG did these things it would be like having a whole new game. * Oh and put in real Military objectives. Like holding a key point etc...

Well, that's partly true because brits have the most powerful hulldown tank in the game t95fv4201 chieftain tds with the biggest alpha gun medium chimera that has 440 alpha best light tank manticore mighty Tortoise and Badger every medium centurion is powerful with hull down arty that can lob shots like no other... most accurate heavy tank in the game with best gun handling fv215b... So yea... If you ask me, they are still reliable and rocking on the battlefield. I love British tanks

the console version is actually awesome and is based in the US iirc.....well, i liked it until they repackaged it for the xbox series X, and now it looks and feels different to the original. I played it nonstop for years on the 360 and one X/S. It was arguably harder than the pc as there were a lot of awesome players already with huge player counts on all servers. And we had the waffentrager E100 and the 183 lol

I am one of those proud, patriotic American players that told WoT to sit on a pole and spin. Not in so many words, but with my wallet at least. And I would be willing to bet that I spent upwards of $3k on the game prior to quitting. Surprisingly enough though, it wasn't so much that they nerfed every tank except the Russian ones, but more so from the absolutely cancerous environment that resulted from them nerfing all the other tanks. If you weren't out there in the new OP "Objekt of the Month" you would be constantly bombarded with comments about your ancestry, your intelligence and/or your family values. Not to mention your utter lack of understanding basic military concepts like "russia is better". And if you closed chat so you could concentrate on the game, they'd push you out of a concealed position or expose themselves and then back up behind you so you'd take the hit even if you hadn't been spotted. I mean, face it, in WWII, the T-34 wasn't that much better than the German tanks it fought against, there were just so damn many of them that it didn't matter if the Tiger or Panther or even PzIV had a 20 to 1 kill ratio. Stomping on 20 cockroaches when there are literally hundreds of them is a simple math problem. You will eventually lose. That was the American tank philosophy in WWII. The Sherman didn't have to be the best, it just had to be good enough and plentiful enough to punch through the dwindling German resources. Anyhow, I watch your videos not because I'll ever play the game again, but because it brings back good memories of when I did enjoy the game and because you make me laugh. And what better way to start your day than with a smile!

As an Egyptian watching you from the UK :) the centurion battle you mentioned was in the 6th October war in 1973 between Egypt and Israel and the Egyptians were using Russian weapons, but anyway, we still won the war and destroyed the Bar Lev line and regained our lands, Sinai the peninsula :)

It was more than just nerfing the E5. I even asked in chat during my 32 battle in a row at bottom tier "Ever wonder why WOT can't get more than 14k people on?" and some friggin chump replies in chat, "It's because of server stability issues." LOL. I'm old enough to remember when you'd see 25k on a Tuesday night on the east coast server and 6 to 10k on the west coast server. No, it's because 1. WG lies. They lie even when it's not necessary to lie. If WG says water is wet, you'd be a fool not to verify it yourself. 2. They run a dishonest game. XVM shows that YES they do stack teams. It's no coincidence that you wind up spawning on the shit side of a map, on a tomato team and have bad rng throughout the match. Rigged RNG. You get a + or a - floating on you. Say you shoot at a tank and on a 6-sided die you need to roll a 4 to even hit it. you roll a 5 but are floating a -2 on your RNG so that's a three, you miss from 2 feet away while fully aimed. Same situation, for pen and damage. 3. Blatantly pay to win. These three reasons are why WG, at the height of WOT's "popularity" in NA... a population of over 300 MILLION people couldn't muster more than 35k active players out of a population of 10s of millions of gamers. THEN the nerfs factor in. They nerfed gun depression on the US heavy line. citing "Historical Accuracy". They nerf and/or model German guns wrong... if you all remember how awful the short 88mm was. Then they proceed to populate the tech tree with a shit ton of magical fantasy tanks. This is what cause HALF of the people that played to drop the game. People could play War Thunder instead and get a much more fair game. All of that crap might fly in third world shitholes like... say, France, for example, but people in NA don't play that. I took over a year off and come back to 2 new maps and a bunch of changes to shitty old maps that made them even shittier for TDs, LTs and SPGs. WG is a dishonest, greedy lazy company, and that's why they could only get a toe dipped in the water of NA. Shit, there's not even a forum for the NA server anymore.

Wot console has 3 versions of the Abrams along with the Starship, MBT70 and the MBT80. So definitely not a licensing issue.

I have more than 500 million credits and would spend every single one to get an Abrams in the game. But it would need to have the same capabilities as the A1. It would rip these Obj. what evers apart.

Have a super conqueror myself, but have hardly touched it. Seems once I get to tier X in a line I start a new line usually. Except russian or chinese tanks never touch them. The kids played them a bit but thats it.

I took Quickybaby's advice early on to go up the Russian Med lines. Was good advice! Ironically did the Italian mediums and had the Progetto tricked out was fantastic way better than the Russian mediums. 2 months later the NefHammer arrived. British TD line to the Shitbarn...played it for 6 months and sold it back...the only Tier 10 I have ever sold. Whay Tier 10s have you sold?

They could easily fix the game. - remove Autolock so zippety do dah has to aim his shots and everyone else but zoom zoom tanks cured. - remove RNG and replace with HONEST physics. This amount of armor reacts to this amount of penitration period. - and if they want some chance added make the shots arc to the target so players have to use a patched in rangefinder abd learn how to make real shots. If WG did these things it would be like having a whole new game. * Oh and put in real Military objectives. Like holding a key point etc...
Well, that's partly true because brits have the most powerful hulldown tank in the game t95fv4201 chieftain tds with the biggest alpha gun medium chimera that has 440 alpha best light tank manticore mighty Tortoise and Badger every medium centurion is powerful with hull down arty that can lob shots like no other... most accurate heavy tank in the game with best gun handling fv215b... So yea... If you ask me, they are still reliable and rocking on the battlefield. I love British tanks

the console version is actually awesome and is based in the US iirc.....well, i liked it until they repackaged it for the xbox series X, and now it looks and feels different to the original. I played it nonstop for years on the 360 and one X/S. It was arguably harder than the pc as there were a lot of awesome players already with huge player counts on all servers. And we had the waffentrager E100 and the 183 lol

I am one of those proud, patriotic American players that told WoT to sit on a pole and spin. Not in so many words, but with my wallet at least. And I would be willing to bet that I spent upwards of $3k on the game prior to quitting. Surprisingly enough though, it wasn't so much that they nerfed every tank except the Russian ones, but more so from the absolutely cancerous environment that resulted from them nerfing all the other tanks. If you weren't out there in the new OP "Objekt of the Month" you would be constantly bombarded with comments about your ancestry, your intelligence and/or your family values. Not to mention your utter lack of understanding basic military concepts like "russia is better". And if you closed chat so you could concentrate on the game, they'd push you out of a concealed position or expose themselves and then back up behind you so you'd take the hit even if you hadn't been spotted. I mean, face it, in WWII, the T-34 wasn't that much better than the German tanks it fought against, there were just so damn many of them that it didn't matter if the Tiger or Panther or even PzIV had a 20 to 1 kill ratio. Stomping on 20 cockroaches when there are literally hundreds of them is a simple math problem. You will eventually lose. That was the American tank philosophy in WWII. The Sherman didn't have to be the best, it just had to be good enough and plentiful enough to punch through the dwindling German resources. Anyhow, I watch your videos not because I'll ever play the game again, but because it brings back good memories of when I did enjoy the game and because you make me laugh. And what better way to start your day than with a smile!
