  • That's how she started deliver answers i thought she deserve 7 or 7.5, however few minutes later when she wasn’t able to generate idea and speaking comparatively slower, i have realised why did she get 6.5. Although she got whatever she deserve, the examiner was very friendly and favourable. If i will get like him, i hope will able to get desired band score 😊

  • I've noticed that the examiners in Korea are way too generous. Some examinees from other countries give brilliant, flawless answers and still get 8 or less. The IELTS speaking test has become too subjective....

  • This girl , I think she was so lucky to get 6.5 . If I was the examiner I would give her 5 . But I think that she has the ability to improve more in the future . I believe in that , and I really appreciate how brave she was to get through this test , and that she was able to complete it till the end even though I think it is not easy to speak in front of an examiner , most people panic in such a position otherwise the examiner was so kind , patient and understanding . at last I don't have the right to judge her and I wish the best for her , and I believe that definitely she is able to improve more though she did a great job.

    • I thought that as well, but i learned that you have to elaborate your answers to get a high band. But i agree i think she actually has a really good understanding of english. if she had known about this and practice a little i believe she would get a 9 Band easily.
