UFC fighters are some of the baddest people in the world. Actually, that's not right, they are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I don't how that works out but that's true.
Anyway, naturally, you'll want to know how big or small they are because we all know size is related to how tough you are.
What does not help is UFC isn't always correct about their heights. Here I have compiled a list of their correct height (as far as I can tell), which is is lot closer to real-life than what UFC stats tell you.

Bro facts I used to count shoes last year and I was 179cm hahaha so without the shoes I was like 175cm but now I’m 16 and measure barefoot becuase barefoot I’m 6ft 183-4cm and with shoes I’m 187cm also it’s amazing how tall people can grow during teen years like my doctor last year did an x ray and said my growth plates are closed but I grew 7-8cm from 15-16 randomly in exactly 10.3months 😂

The reason I pulled up this video is because I’m trying to look for Kamaru Usman’s real height. He’s listed at 6 foot and so was Leon Edwards, but in both of their face off he’s a noticeable 2 to 3 inches shorter.
I'm 6'4 in my socks and Francis seems to be either the same height as me or maybe a hair taller when I saw him.

Not really, Volkanovski dominates his division and he is significantly shorter then average. Yes, Usman is taller then average but its not like he towers over anyone. DC also dominated while not only being shorter but smaller too. Then you have Mark Hunt vs Struve - Short guy even for middleweight breaking a jaw of someone who is tall for even a super heavyweight. Kelvin Gastelum who is short for welterweight, knocking out Bisping and almost beating izzy. I would be lying if I said having long arms and legs doesnt give you any advantage, but so does your fight IQ, endurance, strenght or speed. With weight its different.

There have been many dominant champions with average or even below average height. I mean, look below izzy, everyone in the top 10 besides him is around 6ft +/- inch. Thats like saying that best thing for sprinting is being 6ft5 because Usain Bolt is 6ft5. But in reality, average top level sprinters are around 6ft. Izzy dominates not thanks to his height, but thanks to how great of a fighter he is and how good he is in utilizing his advantages which happens to be lenght. But that is the trade he makes for the strenght and size. And yes, short guys in LHW, HW are hard to find because how many guys you know are built under 6ft while weighing above 220 lbs and carrying that weight with effectivity of top level athlete. Tall guys have the natural weight advantage, thats why average height climbs with the weightclass.

Good lord, height is just a number. Don't be depressed about it. There are many more benefits of being short than being tall. Short people live longer, are mobile (don't have difficulty moving around) for longer, have good cardiac health, and research suggest that they even get cancer less often.
