A bear was spotted running through a Castaic neighborhood Monday afternoon after taking a nap in a tree.

Castaic is right up against a large area of wild National Forest , and the bears can cover vast distances in their daily travels.. No surprise one ends up in a residential neighborhood.,

I was just there it got out of the storm drain ran down by the lagoon and got in some bushes in the lagoon,then ran out and up a tree near lake hughes,rd about 25ft up.hope it will be ok.should have seen camera man running before it climbed the tree😅

Wow. they're so fast! I live in a town that gets bear visits from time to time lol😊 they like to come down out of the Appalachian mountains near my city. It's a big deal whenever it happens:)
I just think of kids or adults chilling outside and the bear approaching them. Do you have some kind of alarm or something maybe a cell phone alert?
I can turn on an alarm on my car; that might scare the animal away if he comes on my property.
Usually the fire department chopper is a good indicator

Many animals were driven out of their wilderness habitat by fires, like the Station and Bobcat Angeles National Forest fires. I saw a full grown linx cat and baby bear near Interstate 15 after the Station fire.

Its kinda nice seeing our natural wildlife still here We have to learn to share habitats with them and bears arent stupid So if people leave em alone and make urban places unplessant they will choose to go home if we let em keep some of their habitats . Hell we are even pushing our own citizens out ,its really sad

Its probably a good idea to make a publc service announcent to be aware and DONT LEAVE FOOD OUT OR BAIT i see people try to feed them on you tube ALL THE TIME and my heart sinks because it teaches bears to come around and then they get killed so PLEASE DONT LEAVE FOOD OUT OR FEED WILD ANIMALS snd bring your pets in at night because theirs COYOTES and COUGARS and RATTLE SNAKES and California is theirs too

The solar flares are causing the magnetosphere to change. The magnetosphere helps birds 🦅 and animals and even humans find directions, when it changes due to the huge sun flares the birds and animals get confused. In some places you will not see birds where once they were always seen. Even entire cities will be missing birds. Or you see birds flying in circles or just acting confused. Wild animals will come out of the deep woods and be seen in the populated cities. In the movie just released not long ago. ( leave the world behind) that is what that movie was depicting. Even causing humans to behave differently. We certainly see that if you watch any true crime lately it’s off the charts. So if you notice the birds are gone or are in places never seen before or even acting odd. Or if you see wild animals coming out of the deep woods or humans not acting normally just look up at our sun and know off the chart activity is changing the magnetosphere.

Broadcasting the story lets the people in the area know there’s a bear on the loose so they can take precautions, bring their pets and children inside. If it was my neighborhood, I would greatly appreciate information of the bear’s movement.
