  • I am very jealous of those who got to meet Saenchai and spar with him. I did not know enough Muay Thai to try going to one of these meetups, so I will just live vicariously through these videos lol

    • If you get a chance please go to these seminars...even at beginner level you can benefit if you understand and can do basic strikes... I've been to multiple seminars with Saenchai here in the states, and it's a great time!

  • I've watched a lot of these videos and have to say this gym in Seattle had some of the most respectful people sparring. Not one of them got out of control or tried to prove more than they should. Well done.
