  • Timing of this video couldnt be better for me! Just got back to training after being sick for half a year. Haggertys style is by far my favourite. I'm gonna restart my training by honing these moves the best i can! Thank you!

  • I like that he teaching them to throw combinations from both southpaw and Orthodox, it makes a much more efficient and unpredictable fighter.
