  • Big big respect Kel for being honest and opening up which takes a weight off your shoulders of trying to keep the struggles inside and fear of speaking out but thankfully can finally seek the help and support 👍 a lot of men have something deep inside them that won't let us open up and accept we might need a little help and support myself included who hasnt opened up to my family and continue carrying that weight and burden. Certainly don't make you less of a man, infact I'd say opposite as it shows your human got feelings and a heart that can hurt just the same as anybody else's. Neither does it show any weakness or mean your a weak person and I pity the fool who'd ever try saying any different Kel. Put it this way stupid comments from stupid people won't ever be said to you in person as they'd get to see and feel how weak you are (not) gew on Kel onwards and upwards and take each day as it comes and embrace the support and love from the genuine people around you. Good luck in your next move in the boxing world 🙏👌👍

  • I always had huge respect for him, because he didn't duck anybody, didn't make any excuses and always got himself into tremendous physical shape. And he just seems like a nice guy. I don't care if he wants to do drugs, but if it's going to harm him, I'd prefer for him to live a clean life, with a clean mind. He needs to keep exercising. You can't go from elite athlete to nothing, without stressing your brain.

And I know for a fact when you stop something you love and are good at, something dies inside you and it can be so hard to move on and put it behindyou and say to yourself that was a different life and is not me anymore. You have to leave it behind. It will never leave your heart but you must say to your self life moves on and been there done that put a line under it and move on.
