  • Sent this song to my older brother as I do when I find a gem. We don't talk a lot but I love him. He died a couple weeks later from alcoholism... wish I had called him. He left a 14 and 16 year old boys. They lost their momma 3 years ago to same type issue their father had. Very regretful feelings of not talking to him much and then for some fucking weird reason I sent him this song. I love the darkness of the song but it became so real it's hard to listen to. Thanks for writing the music you do.

It's like I can taste the raw emotion, being able to watch his facial expression and body language helps I suppose. Both this and the album version are excellent, but I find myself listening to this version far more often!

  • I listened to White Buffalo - This Sunday filled with sadness and pain quite literally cos I had two broken legs, And other things happening, I’m not gonna say. I’d got a point where I’d almost given up, off my head on bed rest & meds. I just spent a joyous time dancing and moving from the waist up. Saying a silent prayer- to heaven, cause your music took me there! And I didn’t feel sorrow or stuck- only the rhythm of life and a guitar and a voice - a million blessings for your songs, that gave me back some peace, and a few hours doing something of my choice. MY LAST CALL TO HEAVEN Your songs answer a lonely place, in my Heart where only Spirit yearns to be. Something other than grief to embrace. Conjures Ancient feelings trapped like mountain mist, as it struggles, to get free! Surrendering to the bliss, like the Kiss of a Mothers - Tongue, a Silent Prayer for Me... Joy worth more than any gold coins, Inspiration for Me to write this poem! Not dead inside either - and tho I mourned the loss of freedom, I know I am a survivor. And even tho I’ve been to hell and back! Playing the devils cruel games, of human chess, I know, that slider - riff - guitar - rhythm - beat each strum and thwack! Memories of a teenager White Queen, just overcome by sex - And only Music healed her. I walked that hard road from a tender 13 age. Writing and performing poems, about Flesh and Blood and All of That, driving home, sipping Napoleon Brandy from a different Kind of Cup. This song that rips my heart-torn words right from these pages, hoping salvation will atone. Days when I drank bitter Dreams, from the spider bottle of Eden, cause life had fallen from my clutch. I’ve been that lonely girl, sadness the colour blue - so am really loving the words of your song, Your - Sympathetic - Skill, with, Musical Harmony, to silence that coal black diamond hole. Letting the light stream thru! Your Words that crawled inside my head and bled life into my unblessed soul! Guess, we all Black Lung surviver’s, painting our hearts with crimson lies, toasting our naked dead. Our grieving memories and some buddies from yesterday. Filling my Johnny Walker head, with Southern Comfort trying to remember how it was - a thousand lifetimes away. A bottle of Tequilas, rising up to greet the Moon, the tortured flames echoing in my gut. Singing “its all over” for this tired, war torn Soldier, of Light, as she Fell - all out of luck! Knee deep in this misery Monsoon, my Soul all unwashed. When I heard Your - tender Voice, this Sunday morning, and realised, that I’m Girl Found, not a Fallen Star that’s Lost. A Voice like it was Fresh from the Gravel-pit, like it came from Hell itself, with the Devil riding close behind. Offering the silent sting of a Thorny-Crown and coffers for my Wealth. Well, I guess we’ve all been to Johnny Town, and been a little out of our minds - on dregs from that, left over Vine! Penance for my time, Laughing, riding silver-pink Seahorses, Bridled Passions - Briny - Foam. Drunken nights, thinking I was Swimming not Drowning, in moonlit hot wired Waves, and we all know, it’s “My Last Call to Heaven” when the Silence - stuns the heart, to recognise, the only Blood Wine, that truly Saves. Many Thanks Your Music Rocks My Soul! Jasmine king 8.5.22 Xx 🥰🐆❤️‍🩹💕🎶👍🥁 🙏

  • this is why God made humans. For the ones that can sing like this, for the ones that can express all the best and the worst that people can be. This voice is as beautiful and moving as a sunset or an ocean. Its more than him. He was blessed enough to have the gift of that voice and the mind state to perform the way he does. Its his responsibility to make this music. That must be a heavy weight on him. To have all that inside of you is like being strapped to a comet. Thank you for letting this out. Please dont ever stop.

  • Thanks man. I'm amazed by your technical ability. What captures me is all the tones in this (other songs no way excluded). I'm comforted but also warned (very emotional). This touches me bearded man.
