  • I think life in Southeast Asia is more orderly and orderly than life in the West, Europe and America today, it's really scary. When people in Southeast Asia are poor, they don't become homeless and use drugs, but through poverty they get up and try to be independent, opening small and profitable small businesses. The important thing is that their daily needs are met.

    • ABSOLUTELY 💯 AGREE! And they should be totally commended for this. It's because in Canada and America, there are too many government handouts. Welfare food stamps rooms where they can go and do their drugs where there are nurses and doctors. Free rehabilitation services. The list goes on. I am sure that whatever country you live there are no free government hand outs. You don't work you don't eat unless you have family that can afford to take you in. But l am guessing that's not comment. These useless addicts meet to have services taken off them. It's much too easy in Canada and America to live this lazy lifestyle

  • I am an immigrant who has everything on the American continent, I came from the area of Nikola Tesla, I barely spoke English when I arrived. I worked hard and accepted a job that I know how to do, without cigarettes, alcohol or drugs. The will to live was strong, because the war destroyed my homeland. I am the winner of all American challenges and I am not alone,

  • I'm crying...and cant believe what is happening to our Country. Nobody can afford to pay rent, eat, and with the legalization of lethal drugs😢 in B.C This is beyond hard to watch. If these drugs werent created, there could be no addictions and deaths so outrageously high. What can we do to change this? The government is only a group of people, we are millions strong. Lets fight!

  • Thankful and grateful that I am Thai and have lived in Bangkok, I have never thought that there has many homeless in Canada, this has happened in America, Australia and UK. People scuppering to live in tents and car coz could not afford to pay higher rental. Luckily, that our country has not faced this crisis. After pandemic, the economy has not been good like before, however our government led by Prayuth as prime minister, he has been good leader and has fostered those poor and jobless people. Our monarchy also help Thai people by donating money to fight covid-19, supporting public hospital so we get cheap for medical treatment, build house for those poor people. There is also social welfare to bring beggars or homeless from street and give good shelter and training them for careers.

Every individual has an absolute responsibility to live an independent and self-sufficient life to the extent that their personal circumstances permit; society should then facilitate the shortfall (common humanity). Sufferance and indulgence of such misery and squalor is simply wrong, wrong, wrong is there a simple solution? Yes! Do NOT indulge or tolerate. 😢

In this case, Canada has followed the US into oblivion (both economic policy and foreign policy) and is getting the same result. It wasn't like this in the 1980s and 1990s. There was a time when Canada can actually laugh and dismiss that these are the problems of the US. And then Canada became just like the US.
