Hey Patrick, I am a neighbor and live in North Asheville, Woodfin border. I had these 3 bears over here 2 days ago, and I have them on video! They come through our neighborhood often because we have some woods surrounding us, I call the hood woods, I love your channel, I'll let you name this trio!

What a pretty momma and her cubs (one's more timid than the other). Always nice when the new neighbors come to visit.
Could this possibly be Luca with two yearling cubs? She always was the shy, timid one (compared to Milo). Maybe the bears were under the porch because she remembered that birdseed used to spill down there whenever Simone knocked the feeder half-off. Just a thought.
Could be, come to think of it. This mama's not real big, and Luca wasn't either. 🤔 But I seem to remember her coming by one time last year, with no babies.

One of the cubs really wanted to come and say hello but mama said no, not yet! Beautiful bears, thanks Patrick. Bella was right on cue with Chase hot on her tail.

You may have to tell them they are welcome for a porch visit. Maybe they are Well Mannered Bears, and were taught to be asked to visit first. I mean, they don’t have phones and such… at least I don’t think they do. You never can tell, these days. 😊

I watched a PBS program on bear 399 in teton national park. It's amazing the crowd she draws just to see her. She's had 4 Cubs more than anyone. These bears are beautiful.

Do you possibly have a book or journal on the history of the neighborhood bears, when you started noticing them from the time you moved there, etc. etc. Or .... would love to see like a 2-3 hour documentary of the history of the bear time from the beginning. Elderly Aussie: I think these might be some reticent teenage children (Bella is scaring them off) of one of your previous bear-daughters. They'd like to get to know Uncle Pat but they're not pushy. Little by little, bit by bit. The smallest was contemplating the porch stairs, I noticed. Maybe next time. Love these videos.

I hope she gets comfortable, because they sure are adorable. Not in a cute cudley way, in a seriously just watching nature walk by way; your bears are eminently spectacular. Even when they're doing something as simple as crossing the lawn strolling into the trees. What a bunch of beauties. Thanks so much. Pets for Bella, who is trying so hard to do a good job as asked by her humans though.
